The room is clean and neat.
The bathroom is excellent, divide bath tub and shower zone.
But due to quite a big bathroom, I nearly don't have any space to open my 24-inch size luggage.
The location is very near to the Toyama station and surround by restaurant.

It takes about 5 ～ 6 minutes on foot from Toyama Station, and there are no restaurants near the hotel because it is a little far from the station. Convenience stores also had to go near the station, so it was a little 々 inconvenient. The room felt small 々 large, but it was inconvenient that there were few outlets to charge the phone. Also, the key to the hotel room was not a card key but a type that could be opened by putting the key in the keyhole, so it was difficult to leave the key at the front desk every time I went out. The response of the front desk was very good.

I have no idea why this hotel is branded as Doubletree because it is a lot better than the usual Doubletree. It can definitely be a Hilton branded hotel. Everyone is kind and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with the food quality excellent. Plenty of choice between western and Japanese food, the Food and Beverage Manager was personally present to make sure everything was okay and he was fantastic to receive his advice on the best food to choose. Well done everyone

This was our first experience at a Toyoko Inn hotel. As it was quite cheap my expectations were not too high. I was very pleasantly surprised and have no complaints. Room was typical Japanese size. Was clean. Looked like maybe a recent makeover. Breakfast was included. Whilst it is reasonably basic there is more than enough choices to fill you up and get you on the road for the day. The ladies cooking and serving are very welcoming. Limited English by checkin staff. They used a voice translator to assist. As we were staying at 2 Toyoko Inns on our travel I joined the loyalty program for 1500y. I got my money back and more as the rooms are discounted if you are a member. You also get early check in and other benefits. I would definitely stay again and will check out other Toyoko Inns if we visit Japan again. Now that we have stayed at one we are seeing them everywhere.

I stayed in front of the station, but I regretted that I should have done it because there was a hotel near the station more (sorry). Stayed in a double room, but the room was relaxing for a business hotel, so it was color 々 easy. I think the cospa is very good. The front desk was comfortable and comfortable for women, but I don't know if the male staff who responded to check-in or the like are not used to it or disliked. I didn't feel very good.

Last year, when my friend participated in the Toyama Marathon, I visited Toyama together and stayed overnight at this hotel near the station and the marathon goal point. The facilities were new, and the staff 々 was very satisfied with the good impression. We who liked Toyama completely decided to go to Toyama again this year, and of course the hotel was here without hesitation, and ２ stay leisurely. I was sure! In addition, １ The facilities are clean even after the year has passed, the service of all the staff including the restaurant 々 is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, and this year, Kurobe's delicious water besides the PET bottle in the room. It was the best location directly connected to Toyama station, so it was convenient to go anywhere. Doutor coffee, convenience store, and pharmacy chain are in the same building, and there is even a supermarket in the basement, so you can find local ingredients and souvenirs you want to buy cheaply, of course, you can also procure full-scale souvenirs. Perfect location. The hotel is literally steps from the Toyama Tram Station, the Toyama Station and Dentetsu Train Station. The hotel is located in the upper floors of the Maroot Building which houses a mall, a premium grocery with a small area with tables, perfect to have some light meal. We got some sashimi after our day at Kurobe Gorge and before heading out on the train station. The room with got was good and clean. We got the Standard Twin Room and it was spacious enough. There's also a public bath in the hotel, perfect for a long day coming from Nagano via the Tateyama Alpine Route. I love how the lobby looks as well as the guest lounge and public bath, they all have that modern look that's stylish and clean. Security is good despite it being in the same building as the mall and use the same elevator to the lobby. From the lobby, to get into the elevator hall for the rooms, you need to scan your key card. then scan again on the elevator. Also to get into the public bath and to the guest lounge which offers water, ice, coffee and some snacks. While I appreciate the strict security, I think there's too much duplicate key card scanning. Basically you still have to scan to get into an area which is already inside a secured area. It's kinda overkill in my opinion :-) Staff is okay, they do what is expected of a hotel like this and they are good with their jobs but a bit aloof. They could improve in terms of friendliness. Aside from these things, the hotel was great, the space was comfortable and the ambiance was very nice and tasteful. Unfortunately, we only stayed a night.

It is a beautiful, large and convenient hotel just off the north exit of Toyama Station. I was able to stay cheaply through the travel site. I was able to eat local food at Marche at Toyama Station and walk to the floodwater park in about 10 minutes. I think it's a really good hotel, but it was a little dangerous because the thin plate on the surface of the desk in the room was peeled off after staying. There is a trace of repairing with gum tape and it seems that it has been broken for a long time, so it's a little problem. GGuest UserStable Tokyu brand. Close to the station, convenient for shopping and eating and drinking. The rooms are on the 8th floor and above, so it feels like a fairly high floor. The beds are large and comfortable. Since it was part of the tour, I don't know the amount of accommodation only, but when I look at it on this site, it seems to be about 12,000 yen. Considering the quality, the cost performance is high. Check-in is at 2:00, so if you have a slow lunch, you can check in as it is. The only complaint is that there are only two elevators and you have to wait quite a while during crowded times.

It was a two-person room when I searched on the homepage without the explanation of the room. (this is three people) two beds and one futon. First of all, I asked why this happened, which mistake was on the travel company or the hot spring side, and I checked it later, and I couldn't tell you anything until check-out. Finally, when I hear from here, I call and confirm it, and it is transmitted again. After that, there was a phone call for apology, but on the day, I was in a hurry and came to apologize for only one person first. There was a telephone from the travel company later, but the travel company also had a telephone from the accommodation, and it was said that only one time after checking out. The travel company also said on the phone that it was a bad attitude. There was a memory that I enjoyed going with my family when I was small, but I didn't want to go for a lifetime. Adding more than 400 yuan for a person to change the room) has a daughter who also helps in the store. The hotel has a hot spring to soak (the hot spring pool separates men and women), the location is on the mountain, opposite the hotel is the ski resort! If you go to Lishan Heibu the next day, this place is very good. It is more than 2 kilometers away from Lishan Railway Station. If you make an appointment with the boss in advance, the boss will drive to Lishan Railway Station to pick up and drop off. If you walk to Lishan Railway Station, it takes 30 minutes! We drove us to Lishan Railway Station at 5 am. It took about 7 minutes to arrive. When we arrived, we queued up to buy tickets for the black section of Lishan. We bought the first ticket at 7:10!

Great location, close to station. People need to realistic... $60 Australian a night. I challenge anyone to find a hotel in a city in my country for that. I'd stay here again.

AAnonymous UserAlthough it is like a guest house, the facilities are a bit old, but it is very clean and the space is large, like a single apartment. The heating is in place, although it was autumn when I went. The bathroom is really, every bathroom in Japan is a master of space utilization, the water pressure is sufficient, the water is smooth, without exception, admire. The kettle is very cute hahaha. The location is good, walk to the train station for a minute or two, the train station seems to be the most lively place in Toyama.

The last time was only breakfast, but this time I also used a accommodation coupon, so I made a 2 meal (child plan), but it was a great answer. Honestly, I didn't expect much to satisfy even the child, but dinner is much more than expected! ! Is it possible to eat so much because there were many items written? I thought, but all of them were just right, and I was able to taste very delicious until the last dessert.
