Since 2018 I have chosen this hotel to stay when i had to go to Toulouse for work. This last stay the hotel is very different. Cleaning as gone down a lot. I had to ask them to change the towels and add the toilet paper. They didn't always clean up. The pool and restaurant are closed. Unfortunately I no longer recommend it. The positive thing was that the reception staff went out of their way to make everything go smoothly.

Clean and comfortable but the extractor fan wasn’t working on arrival.
Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice.
Only small espresso coffee cups in the apartment so it could do with some mugs for English hot tea.

Basic junior suite room The cleaning leaves something to be desired No one came into the room during the stay to make the bed or change the towels I had confirmation of my room the day before although I had booked for 3 weeks Swimming pool no heating (21.5 degrees at 11:00 a.m. while the temperature is around 30 degrees outside) Air-conditioned room

Pleasant and comfortable establishment, welcoming staff. Dining room ok even when there are people. Good offer in terms of catering but can be a little expensive Quite varied breakfast. Having stayed in several rooms, the whole hotel is quite quiet, the setting is pleasant. Work was underway to renovate the hotel. On the negative points, we can be a little disappointed with details such as the shower head doors/towel holders which are not always well fixed. Electrical cables sometimes visible above bathroom sink lights.
