I'm in this hotel this April this year, and the rooms are all very small but clean. What you cannot comment is the attitude and the lack of professionalism of the staff, who does not speak a word in English; if you have a problem and do not speak French, it will be very difficult to solve. We're talking about breakfast: we went down at 6 a.m. and the breakfast was disappointing. There was nothing more. Even the coffee machine did not work. Cost little, but don't go.

I am a very regular client of the B&B channel and this is not the first time I stay at the B&B of Tourcoing but this time, very disappointing: - From the opening of the room, a very unpleasant smell is felt. It comes from the bathroom and makes it think of urine that would have macerated several hours in the heat. - in the shower, the presence of very visible moisture in an angle. - The television does not respond to the telecommand, I look closely at it to see that the television power cable is completely unconnected and rolled behind the screen and that the antenna cable is also unconnected. Since when is the customer to make the connections ? By reading a view of a person who stayed here 3 weeks ago, I check the bed closer: - the sense of keeping the plate that serves as a pad are not even swim, The hotel is very affordable, but the maintenance and hygiene must not be dependent on the price.

After many stays in this hotel, renovation was needed, it was made the rooms were reviewed, refurbished with parquet instead of tape, heating/climate, litter with excellent matlas, and sdb completely remakes all ok even the door that supports (endly) an insonorization waited alone staff has not changed and it's so much better because always as affable very nice breakfast you can go back there but think about booking
