Alfred Hotels Toulouse Centre Wilson - Renovated Hotel

The hotel was just 10mins walk from the train station matabiau. The room was very clean and new. We appreciated the great service offered by the hotel which let us leave our luggage on the check out day while we explored the city. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our families and friends if they visit Toulouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It really deserves its excellent reviews. The staff were so welcoming, kind and were so patient with me when I tried to conduct the check-in in French for practice. They stayed in French and were happy to repeat and speak slowly - thank you so much for your kindness! They also showed us the room and facilities personally, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. The room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Good-size, hot shower I the en-suite bathroom. Good location, walkable to train station and central areas. The breakfast was also very good quality, and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again.

Very well located within approx 15mins from train station, and 3mins to airport bus stop. Also easy to walk to all tourist hot spots and shops/restaurants. Very friendly all receptionists, specially Nada was great with helping me check public transportation to out of town tourist spots. Request for a a quiet room was met. Air con large firm bed very soft pillows, small but functional shower toilet room with on the wall cleansing creams etc. Facing inner court yrd with small window so can let in freash air if needed. Room might be on tight side if got very big luggage. For the location and welcoming reception, defo recommend.

Shared a room the three of us for a night. Room itself wasn’t big but had everything we needed, everything was clean and the staff was very nice. Only thing, door was kind of thin and if the neighbor doesn’t close it very quietly it can be kind of loud.

Hotel location was ok, short walk and you were in the centre of Toulouse. Reception were welcoming on arrival and we we shown to our rooms. The double room was very small and after three nights became quite claustrophobic with luggage and trying to move around. We also had no hot water for a day and a half which was disappointing. Beds were really comfy, the room and bathroom were clean and the room did have air conditioning although not very strong. We recommended for a short stay and if you just want a base to sleep.

Very nice and clean hotel. Modern decoration. Rooms were very small and not serviced daily. We had two days without hot water. We didn’t have breakfast but you could get free tea and coffee. Location was good about a five minute walk to capitole square.

Very attentive front of house staff, clean and nice decor. Comfortable bedding and air-con in the room. Good variety for breakfast and a pleasant dining area. Easy to walk to from the train station and in walkable distance to the main sights.
