The location is super convenient, really close to Tottori Station, and the price is reasonable. They even provide makeup remover and facial cleanser. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Tottori.

You can see the hotel sign right inside Tottori Station, so many of the rooms offer a view of the station, which is pretty decent. The hotel was solid all around, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Pros: Just a 3-minute walk to the right from the north exit of JR Station – very convenient. Cons: The building exterior is acceptable, but the interior is incredibly old and run-down. They gave us, Chinese guests, an absolutely terrible room. Despite coordinating with Trip.com ten days in advance to get a quiet room, we were assigned one facing the equipment room and right by the railway tracks. There was a constant cacophony of sounds: the equipment starting up, trains passing by, and conversations from the neighboring room. Other Granvia hotels I've stayed at, like in Okayama and Hiroshima, are connected to JR stations but aren't noisy. Even the Kobe Crowne Plaza, built right on top of Shinkansen and subway lines, doesn't have train noise, despite being old itself. So, it's clearly a building design flaw, not an issue with the location. My attempts to communicate through Trip.com for a room change were futile, and they didn't even offer earplugs for the severe noise. This is a serious service issue. However, Tottori is a place with magnificent natural scenery and is still worth visiting. Tottori beef is just as good as Kobe beef, and incredibly good value for money! It's a clean and tranquil small city overall, definitely worth exploring, but choose your hotel carefully. Traveling is physically demanding, and poor rest can be really frustrating.

A dignified Showa-era business class hotel that offers fantastic city views from adjacent the JR station. Extremely fast wired and wireless Internet.

The location is very good, but this is the second time I have lived there. There are also washing machines and vending machines and other convenient equipment. Although the facilities are a little old, they are very clean.

The hotel parking is limited, and have small discount to park opposite side of street, the room has usb plug in which handy to charge my phone

Efficiency, patient and polite front desk check in service provided, nearby JR , bus station. Staff will mention us how to collect free health items and help to call elevator to serve us. Very good. Hope to stay again in Tottori. The view of room is wide , can see 大山。 the room is large.

Second time I have stayed here. Great hotel, right beside the station. The hotel itself may seem a little outdated but it is very cozy. It is a 10 minute walk to a main street filled with restaurants and bars. About 5 minutes walk to the bus depot if you need to get to the sand dunes. Staff were very nice and polite and helpful

Surprise not clean up the room daily only swap towels, every morning calling to tell you need go in your room, so disturb….

Quite convenient for food and traffic.
