We really loved staying in B&B. The room was very clean, simple but had all the necessities. The breakfast had plenty of choices but the best was cappuccino made by Tomasso, who makes the best cappuccino we had on a 2 week vacation in Italy. He is an extremely nice and friendly guy and can have nice conversations with you or recommend places for sightseeing. The B&B has a beautiful yard and has all the necessities for you to borrow for a beach day. The chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes. The beach near by is beautiful with soft sand and transparent water. No waves at all and very shallow and safe to walk in and swim. It is a 1 minute walk from the property.

Fantastic place to spend time with friends and family. A new structure close to the sea and with all the services. Fantastic staff and great breakfast! I recommend it to everybody. I will return for sure!!!

Mai stata in un b&b tanto funzionale. Ogni cosa al posto giusto, tanti servizi per i clienti: bici, borse termiche, ghiaccioli, ombrellone, spiaggine mare, teli mare, erogatore di acqua potabile, angolo cottura in comune... e tutto sempre in ordine ed estremamente pulito. Le stanze sono molto accoglienti e ben arredate, pulite e riordinate quotidianamente in maniera perfetta. Colazione "top" davvero per ogni esigenza e gusto. Tommaso e Tamara che ci hanno accolto dal primo giorno con tanta attenzione e gentilezza, ci resteranno nel cuore per parecchio tempo. Tanta professionalità e umanità. Ci tornerei anche subito!!! Consigliatissimo!

Struttura eccellente, pulizia ottima e personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione dolce e salata e variabile tutti i giorni. Utilissime le biciclette messe a disposizione x i clienti, anche con seggiolino x bimbi. Piastra induzione utilizzata per cucinare qualche pasto. Camera spaziosa e risistemata tutti i giorni. Grazie a Tamara e Tommaso. Consigliatissimo

Stanze pulite e personale accogliente e disponibile, la colazione sempre abbondante. Ottima la vicinanza sul mare anche se spiaggia libera, ma l'hotel mette a disposizione lettini, ombrelloni, borse frigo e ghiaccioli per ogni camera.

Posto tranquillo , vicinissimo alla spiaggia , localizzato strategicamente vicino a Market e ristoranti. Per quanto riguarda il B&B il livello della pulizia è TOP . La struttura fornisce tutto , nello spazio comune si ha a disposizione microonde, fornello , dispencer d’acqua fresca , lavatrice e tanto altro , come dagli ombrelloni alle sdraio fino addirittura alle biciclette. C’è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in un parcheggio privato a due passi dalla struttura. A colazione si ha molta scelta , la qualità del cibo è ottima , consigliato anche a chi ha delle intolleranze. Personale super cordiale, disponibile e gentilissimo. Un posto che consiglierò sicuramente a chiunque voglia venire in Salento. Noi ci torneremo di sicuro.

Sejour remarquable. Tomaso et le reste du staff sont d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité a tout épreuve. Le breakfeast est fantastique et les conseils pour les restaurants alentours parfait. Tout le nécessaire (transats parasols glacieres) vous est fourni pour aller sur la plage, velos a disposition. J'y retournerai certainement en juin 2024 pour profiter de la station balnéaire.

Ho soggiornato presso Kalinifta Rooms Apartment l'ultima settimana di agosto e il mio giudizio è assolutamente positvo, superiore alle mie aspettative. La struttura è nuova e curata in ogni particolare, dalle camere profumate alla colazione servita con una varietà di dolce e salato che neanche in certi alberghi ho trovato. E cosa non secondaria, vicinissima alla spiaggia...Molto apprezzata anche la cordialità degli addetti Tommaso e la signora Lucia (se non ricordo male il nome). Conto assolutamente di ritornare!
