We had a great stay!! The jumping pillow, mini golf, pool etc. made it heaven for our daughter. Everything was clean, staff were courteous and attentive, the booking process was easy, and access to town was terrific. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, well maintained site, lots of kids activities. Pool area was lovely, lots of shade to sit in to watch the kids Camp kitchen was large and had lots different appliances which was great. The bathrooms were a let down. Need more frequent cleaning & stocking.

Had a lovely time everything was extremely clean and the staff were super helpful. Would definitely recommend if looking for a nice quiet spot within walking distance of everything. Thanks again to the amazing staff and congratulations on such an amazing spot

The deluxe superior cabin we stayed in was really nice, the park was great with super friendly and helpful staff and lots of activities to keep our 9 year old entertained. The weather wasn't the best when we went, barely over 20 degrees but we were still able to have a swim in the solar heated pool and not be freezing which was good.

We decided to stay here for our girls weekend away. We consulted with reception prior to booking advising that we are a group of 6 adult women and specifically asked if there was a cabin that could comfortably accommodate our needs of comfort and need for space for us to all hang out. We advised we normally book an air bnb but wanted to try something different depending if they could accommodate our needs. We were advised that they could accommodate us. We requested 2 cabins, one that would be big enough for us all to hang out in and the other one for 2- 3 people to sleep in. We made our needs very clear. As very seasoned family campers I am aware of the standard cabins which is why we consulted prior to booking. When we arrived we had 2 cabins each with 1 adult bed. The bunks are children's beds. Both cabins were the standard 2 adult (double bed) 4 children cabins. While I would absolutely come back with my family, this is not what we discussed as we were unable to all sit together in one cabin, not even outside. Majority of us didn't sleep well in children's beds, my feet were hitting the wall and there is no blinds in the bunk bedrooms. exploring the park we found a few 3 bedroom cabins with large entertaining areas, which would have accommodated our very specific needs. Very poor communication regarding our needs, if the other cabins weren't available we would have happily found somewhere else to stay. The park was beautiful and very well looked after, great place for the family and could have been perfect for a girls weekend away. Just a shame that despite being very specific about our needs we were ignored. I would definitely come back with the family and would consider coming back for a girls weekend away in the 3 bedroom cabins Bonus points for the pool, spa, and location. This review is no reflection on the park itself, we spent some time consulting on the phone prior to booking and didn't feel we got what we could have had.

Lovely place, would recommend for couples or families. Clean and tidy. Used the laundry, it was very clean, has dryers also, you will need your own pegs though. Cabin was small, but was comfy. Air conditioned plus ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge area. Had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided. Bed was super comfy. Staff were very friendly. Pool was so nice and warm. Hot tub off pool was great to relax. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Was quiet and no night time noise at all. Only down side was parking was a bit tight.

Lovely friendly staff and very well maintained cabins and grounds. Pool caters for all ages and has a hot tub at the top for the adults. Camp kitchen is spacious and along side the theatre room where their is a large TV for public use. Plenty for the kids to do with the jumping pillow and courts for all sports 😊

Long weekend at Ingencia - hot and busy! Facilities were pretty good - the pool a hit for such hot weather. We had an unpowered site and it felt like they were in an overflow carpark (made us wonder if they’d over sold the campground) - very dusty and up the back behind all other sites. Also, not allocated sites, just pick any site which seemed odd - especially when you’ve booked 3 sites as a group and aren’t next to each other!
