Perfect location. Friendly staff. Cleaning (on the surface) spotless / if you check "behind the scenes" things don't look just as good. I wouldn't lie, I was expecting a bit more. Pizza at their own restaurant is very good. Prices are in line (slightly better) than what you find on the main road (Esplanade) where it is full of tourists. Overall an experience that should be tried and, with a bit of fine tune here & there, maybe even recommended.

A great building with fantastic amenities. on this trip the room felt as if it was not properly cleaned.

The service was great, with helpful staff at reception. The resort is a convenient stay for roadtrip travellers, close to supermarket and main roads.

Love the location, within walking distance to the beach. Would recommend EV charger for residents.

Really nice place to stay. Had a balcony overlooking the golf course. Lovely to wake up to the sound of birds.

Lovely staff, comfortable room and great food!

Everything was great, we even got to play tennis for free!

I have 2 issues one is the check in and check out time 10 am check out is too early if check in is after 2pm . I wanted to purchase breakfast add on but was told not possible at food checkout even though they had terminal, had to go to reception to do , however reception said they could do at breakfast bar which I just came from !  Second at reception I informed them that my room would not be vacant rd until breakfast was consumed at 10.30 , no problems but upon returning to room it had been serviced at some of my belongings removed!! Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

Really bad experience. The receptionist was not helpful, had me sit and wait until checkin time despite telling me my room was ready but I could only check in for a $50 fee. First room clearly was pet friendly there was dog hair everywhere and it smelt awful. Moved me to another room which had dirty bedding but by this point I was so exhausted I just asked for a new sheet and changed the bedding so I could go to bed. Would not recommend staying here for this price.
