The sink in the hotel bathroom was drained, so when I asked the staff, they told me to change the room because it needed to be remodeled. I was so tired that I said I would just use it, but it was very inconvenient. I don't think I will ever use it again. And the deposit is still not refundable

After getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport.
Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine.
Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

Booked this hotel knowing I had a flight coming in from Cuba late. Did not get to hotel until 5 am in the morning. They put us in a nice room but at 8 am in the morning the construction started. Then we went to use the washroom and there was no water. Absolutely ridiculous given the hotel was not busy that the reception person would put us in that room and furthermore they would turn off the water without any warning. We got dressed after 3 hours sleep and went to get a refund and drive 2.5 hours sleep. Yes the hotel is beautiful but clearly they have no idea how to manage their guests and the ongoing construction. Would never go again to the hotel

We just had a quick overnight there as we were in between flights. Staff was very nice both night and day shift. Very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay there again. Shuttle was on time at the airport and pickup.

Property was very dated. Zero pressure in the shower. Electrical outlets loose. Definitely needs some sprucing up.

The front desk manager I do not remember her name, she was amazing, very accommodating, she worked one morning by herself as her colleague called in sick and she was swamped with travellers and she did an awesome job!
Hotel accommodated us for a late check out, as well as stored our bags so we could venture off, then when we got back even gave us a free shuttle to the airport!
