Possibly the worst hotel experience possible. The first night we checked in the staff were rude and disinterested, even lazy to the point where they couldn't check our names properly and told us we were not booked in here. The signs posted around do not make you feel safe here. Of course you have to look after your belongings but you would hope your room would be safe! The metal shutters on the windows are also slightly intimidating. The last night we had a power outage and the staff seemed less than interested in giving us any updates as to what was going on. We asked if they had a rough estimate and just shrugged their shoulders and that was it. It may be worth popping over to the supermarket just up the road as tea and coffee ”is only for day one”!! The maids did not care if you had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and we would see 3-4 maids per morning! If you are not a French National be prepared to pay the 'tourist tax' €1.70 per night per person. The only positive note we have is that the female reception staff were kind and friendly.

Posizione eccellente, vicino alla stazione RER da dove si può raggiungere facilmente Disneyland Paris e Parigi. Collegato con l'aeroporto CDG tramite servizio pullman pubblico, la fermata è difronte l'Hotel. Colazione non molto variegata ma buona. Stanza spaziosa, bagno piccolo un po datato. Esperienza finale positiva.

Don't ask too much, we know what to expect, we have already come here, we appreciated the adorable and professional staff, the rooms are right, everything is clean, the bemol is the size. But after we know why we choose a cheap hotel and not the 3-star hotel, it is to spend more during our stay. However, breakfast with fresh rises is Top for the price quality ratio and honestly it is one of the best maintained first-class hotels ... For those complaining they need to know how to compare ... Thanks to the team on - I'll be back.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, services proposés type bar , restauration légère, petit déjeuner très complet et fourni à 9 euros. Super accueil, parking facile et gratuit, restaurants à proximité. Chambres pas très grandes mais propres et optimisées. Pas de bruits, bonne insonorisation même si le complexe paraît grand. Bref super pratique et mention spéciale à l'accueil super dispo et souriant le soir ou le matin.

For a 2 star hotel this is excellent. Located just a couple of minutes from the RER station and travelling as a solo female in a wheelchair I never felt uncomfortable about the area. Hotel was clean, lift big enough, loved that accessible room could easily be booked online, breakfast excellent value and decent choices for the price. Room was big enough to move around in wheelchair, plug by the bed is always good, large wet room bathroom met my needs. Bins emptied, bed made and towels replaced if needed daily. Could hear trains a little but not bad and they do stop between midnight and 6am ish.
