Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.
