老闆人很好！到西柵不小心扭到腳了，不方便走路，微信老闆，老闆開車來接我們。還問我們是否需要到醫院。還幫我們冰了冰水給我敷腳。真的像家一樣。下次來還會續住的。就是洗澡的地方少了個掛衣服的地方。其他完美。

坐旅遊大巴到的烏鎮停車場，老闆接到電話，馬上讓我們打的過去，報銷車費。一下就感覺老闆特別爽氣，到店感到確實如此。老闆人特別好，熱情周到，幫我們拿行李上樓，讓我們隨意挑選房間，又是介紹烏鎮的遊玩，怕我們記不住，還專門發文到微信。這裏到景區特別方便，也就三四百米的樣子，鬧中取靜，晚上休息的特別好。媽媽和大姨兩位長者都讚不絕口。

第一次到烏鎮旅遊，要説服務和設施的，當然還是首選住烏鎮裏面，但是這家店主服務也很好。兩天住下來，總體感覺還是可以的。
1、服務好。我是當天最晚到店的了，但是老闆很貼心，給我免費升級，讓我將窗户向路邊的房間，換到了窗户向內巷的房間。趕完車身體疲乏，保證了睡眠質量。而且隔壁的燒烤店並沒有因為是做夜宵而很吵鬧影響睡眠，滿分💯。
2、設施設備。設施設備維護得一般，很多東西是能用，但感官着實不大好，民宿的特點，沒辦法。
3、意外之喜。最後一晚，回民宿收拾行李的時候聽到了駐唱歌手的現場演唱，這位歌手還唱了幾首粵語老歌，咬字還挺準的，唱的也到位，現場掌聲不斷，就在樓上聽也覺得好聽、精彩。作為一位廣州人在這裏聽到現場唱得這麼好的粵語歌，甚是開心。
烏鎮是世外桃源版迪士尼，這邊的服務也好，行程體驗愉悦。

住宿就在西柵景區旁邊 步行到景區 衹要2-3分鐘 房間是頂層 座一個大陽台 還有泡澡的浴缸 雖然沒泡 但設施很全 房東特別熱情 介紹附近的景點和最佳遊覽時間 還有好吃的小店 是一次滿意的住宿體驗

民宿就在西柵景區旁邊，老闆熱情周到，出門在外猶如家的感覺，耐心詳細告訴客人烏鎮的各種玩法，並且出去有事隨時打電話都能幫到你，最貼心的是開車送我們到車站，去趕上海的動車，強力推薦。
