I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in! The room layout was comfortable and spacious, the environment was quiet and not noisy, and it was spotlessly clean. The design was thoughtful and user-friendly, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the scenic area within walking distance, making travel and sightseeing very convenient. The service was attentive and thorough, and overall, it offered great value for money. I am very satisfied with this stay.

This hotel near Wuzhen Dongzha is a real gem! It's super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the scenic area, offering a peaceful retreat despite being so close to the action. The fully smart voice control with the Xiaodu butler is incredibly thoughtful, and amenities like the drying rack and robot service are huge bonuses. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing free travel tips and even packed breakfasts. For the same price, the service here far surpasses other hotels. The exterior boasts a stunning Republic of China-era aesthetic – it's absolutely gorgeous. The spiral staircase and crystal wall are perfect for photos, making you feel like a glamorous young lady in a qipao!

Stayed here with my parents and child. The three beds were perfect for our group, no issues with sleeping arrangements. The smart voice control throughout the room was pretty good, and the hotel even gave us a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was decent too. My main complaints are that the soundproofing in the room needs improvement, and despite the smart home features, the TV was lacking. It only had a few channels and couldn't cast from a phone.

The room was clean and hygienic, with an underground parking lot and charging stations. There's a restaurant right downstairs. It's only a 10-yuan ride to Xizha, and you can walk to Dongzha. Xizha is very picturesque, while Dongzha is just so-so.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Dongzha Scenic Area. Although not a large hotel, I found the service to be incredibly thoughtful overall. First off, the staff's attitude was wonderful, especially at the front desk (and with other hotel staff I encountered) – I truly felt at home. Secondly, the cleanliness was impeccable; both the rooms and public facilities, including the underground parking, were spotless. What also stood out was their attention to detail. They contacted us in advance to communicate and provide helpful travel tips and other important information, which made everything so easy and felt very caring. The breakfast area was pleasant, very clean, and the food tasted great with some local specialties.
