The room layout and facilities are very high-end, the hygiene is very clean, and the service is very good. It is the most satisfactory hotel I stayed in during my trip to Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Wuzhen. Dongzha is just a few steps across from the hotel. I can go to Xizha Hotel anytime. It is very convenient to have a private car to pick you up. As for the shortcomings, it would be better if the breakfast could be richer.
