The service of the hotel itself is pretty good. They upgraded the room type at the beginning and provided breakfast for free. However, the soundproofing of the room was average, and there was a leak in the bathroom on the first day. Later, the store manager and the owner came to temporarily deal with it. After the treatment, they agreed to give me a free breakfast. I changed rooms and was told that they would upgrade the room type the next day. However, the suite was no longer available the next day, and later I was told that I could not upgrade and had to change rooms. After negotiation, I was given a day's free room fee (5-star rating required). I still want to remind the hotel not to make promises that it cannot fulfill casually. Customers will take it seriously. The experience of a hotel that was originally good has deteriorated because of this incident.

Very close to the scenic spot, the environment is beautiful and quiet, and the room is clean and spacious. The most important thing is that the staff's service is first-class, responsible for picking up and dropping off attractions, checking in, and providing fruit drinks. All in all, the experience is very good and the price/performance ratio is super high!

雙床房是兩個大床，可以滿足一家三四口人住一個房間的需求，床墊軟硬適中，最主老闆，店長和服務人員態度都極好，遇到交通管制，導航多條線路均不通，老闆親自繞路來接，實在是太感動了，服務真的是無可挑剔的，礦泉水不夠可以問前台要，還贈送了歡迎水果和孩子的飲料小零食，退房時也給足了路上喝的水等，房間挺乾淨，滿足住宿的基本需求，離西柵景區又很近，步行即可。

花美時酒店真的是太棒了，大廳亮亮堂堂，烏鎮山水佈置，住的舒服，房間乾淨整潔，老闆很用心，所有床品用具都是嶄新的，老闆親自接送，還送我們去景區玩，真的是太貼心了，早餐豐盛，吃的舒服，前台服務也温馨，值班經理還幫我們調電視，都好感動。 點贊，推薦！

很少點評，但是這家酒店的服務太好了，全程都是老闆接送，我們去吃飯，去東柵，再去西柵，再從西柵回酒店，都是老闆出車幫送的。還送了歡迎水果，早餐也是中西早餐，一家人體驗都很棒，感謝酒店工作人員的熱情款待，離店時還沒有強制我們做點評，但是這麼好的服務應該被讚許的，房間圖片和宣傳的一致，祝生意興隆。

酒店在慈雲路上，和一路的民宿對比有些鮮明，外觀就很酒店化。車開到門口老闆就出來指揮停車，還幫忙開門，感覺真的很用心經營了。 週六的晚上入住直接給升級了房型，不過雖然是陽台房但隔音差了一點點，旁邊陽台的咳嗽説話都能聽見，個人能接受。潔癖患者一進門就查看衞生情況，沒有衞生死角，廁所沒有反味，而且乾濕分離！這點真的很棒，因為沒有想到這家小小的酒店真的很貼心，雖然不是智能馬桶但性價比很高了。最重要的一點是，對比某連鎖酒店如某家，晚上11點就衹有温水的情況，這邊全程熱水，對夜貓子真的很友好。 入住沒多久就有歡迎水果，忘記拍攝，但是有橘子，梨，小番茄，種類很多，房間少了什麼很快服務人員就會補上， 態度也很好，這個價格和地段真的超值了~房間的空調也很足，一會就製冷，而且沒味道。 唯一有個小小的美中不足，是吹風機的風實在是太太太小了，對於長頭髮的女孩子不太友好，如果能夠改進一定是更完美了。電視機下方的置物架有可能會被顧客當成座位，因為房間就一張椅子，如果不加固的話後期可能會壞，也許可以做個提示牌之類的。 全5分給到用心經營的老闆和良好的服務培訓，相信你們未來會優化得更好～ 沒拍圖片用烏鎮湊個數吧～步行到烏鎮還是需要一點距離，不過走走也還好，騎個慈雲路上的電瓶車轉個彎就到了。
