First time visit China and Wuzhen. Very impressed about the hotel and service. Everything is awesome and beyond a five star hotel! The hotel is very quiet with elegant vibe. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of selections. Will stay here again if we come back in the future!

The exterior is a traditional Jiangnan water town residence, but the interior is a world of its own, with high-end facilities in every room. Stepping out, you're in misty Jiangnan; returning, you're in a luxurious manor. The contrast is striking and leaves a deep impression. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. I really appreciate the hotel arranging the boat check-in; it was a fantastic experience.

Wucun Village sightseeing adult ticket: saved money. Afternoon tea in the room: very delicious. Facilities: good. Service: Our butler, Huang Qi, was handsome and warm. He arranged a foot bath for our room, a singing bowl experience, and responded to all our needs immediately. The breakfast was also very distinctive.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was also exquisite. The butler, "Huangqi & Xiaomaoheshui," provided excellent service! Thumbs up!👍

I’ve never written a review after a trip before, but this time I’ve decided to seriously review every hotel I've stayed in. This is to give future guests more reliable information, as choosing hotels was the most time-consuming and effort-intensive part of planning this trip. Guest reviews were crucial for my decision-making, so I hope to help others in the same way. This was by far the most satisfying hotel of my entire trip, exceeding my expectations and definitely worth the money. Before arrival, a butler contacted me to ask for my arrival time and waited for me in the parking lot. They guided me into the scenic area and even provided a boat service to the hotel, allowing me to enjoy the scenery along the way – a wonderful start to my stay. The hotel lobby was incredibly stylish, truly giving off the vibe of entering a grand, opulent estate. The views were also fantastic, and the service was beyond words. Check-in was handled entirely by the butler, while I simply relaxed and enjoyed some tea. Breakfast was a la carte, unlimited, with a wide variety of choices, and the quality was excellent; everything was exquisitely prepared with good ingredients. The room design was very thoughtful and considerate, and they even prepared foot bath water for me. The butler was always available to arrange anything I needed. The Dan Cha Fan restaurant directly opposite the hotel was also very good. With views right from the window, enjoying a meal there was a truly great experience. If you’re not concerned about budget and prioritize quality, you should definitely choose this hotel. Its location is also very convenient. All in all, this isn't just one of the best hotels from this trip, but one of the few truly satisfying hotels I’ve stayed in across many travels.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel is situated within the scenic area, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, but the entire hotel was a beautiful experience - the courtyards, greenery, and the soothing scent. There was a floral water spray in the room to relieve mosquito bites, which I used plenty. After a long day of sightseeing, the foot bath at the end of the day was the absolute cherry on top. Lastly, the service was top-notch, especially from our butler, Su Mu, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay - from the moment we entered the area, till we entered the didi when we left. Probably the best hotel service we've experienced! We would love to stay here again, but maybe not in mosquito season!

Overall, it's pretty good. Wuzhen is perfect for couples. The staff service is excellent and very attentive, which might be due to the overall government planning in Wuzhen. However, the town itself doesn't offer much in terms of activities; it's more for a relaxing visit and quick photo ops rather than a long stay. The hotel's foot bath is a unique feature.

The butler, Huang Qi, was incredibly attentive! My stay this time was absolutely perfect 💯. A special thank you for the room upgrade, which gave us a much larger and more comfortable space. The traditional sculling boat ride upon arrival was such a ceremonial experience, instantly immersing us in the atmosphere of a Jiangnan water town. The recommended restaurant was also fantastic – authentic and delicious. I'll definitely be back to see you next time!

Transformed from a Ming and Qing dynasty residence, this hotel boasts elegant garden views that blend ancient charm with modern comfort. The guest rooms are spotlessly clean, with soft and cozy bedding, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail. It truly offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our butler, Sumu, provided incredibly attentive and impeccable service throughout our stay! From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, guided us through the check-in process, and thoroughly explained both the hotel's amenities and tips for exploring the ancient town. He was always available when needed, proactively helped us book boat tours, recommended authentic local restaurants, and even assisted with our transportation, all with efficiency and great care. His genuine and kind demeanor, much like a reliable friend, made our trip feel incredibly warm and truly maximized our experience!

The breakfast was especially good, I haven't had a breakfast like that in a long time. The butler service was impeccable, from picking us up at the parking lot to dropping us off.
