The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Fuchun River Park, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There's plenty of parking available. All the staff members we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly, and we had pleasant interactions with them. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. The facilities were comprehensive. Breakfast was a lavish spread. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a five-minute drive straight from the Tonglu highway exit. The front desk service was great; they even offered to add me on WeChat so I could contact them anytime if I needed anything. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and in the evening, they even offered white fungus stewed with red dates at the front desk. Thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

Pretty good, but you really should book a lakeside room with a view. Prices went up a bit for Chinese New Year, but overall the accommodation was still quite nice. The ladies at the front desk were all very polite, and the breakfast restaurant was decent too.

It's just a short walk across the street to the riverside, and the environment is lovely. The hygiene was also good. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, with a weak stream. Everything else was very satisfactory.

After choosing a guesthouse for one night in Tonglu, we opted for a hotel the next, and Tonglu Hotel truly was a pleasant surprise. We even saw a rainbow and sunset that evening, which was incredibly beautiful. The room had good blackout curtains and soundproofing, though occasionally we could hear doors closing in the hallway. The biggest surprise was the 500-year-old camphor tree right outside the hotel's main entrance – you could feel its energy just standing beneath it. On good weather days, the hotel might consider hosting unique activities like Ba Duan Jin exercises under the tree. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also great; it was affordable, delicious, and the service was excellent. For breakfast, I feel there's room for improvement in both the food quality and service. The flow for getting food and being seated is a bit chaotic, and the experience isn't ideal during peak hours. However, the lobby and customer service were prompt and attentive, which we were very satisfied with.

The hotel decor is grand, with a strong Portuguese-Macanese style. The facilities are showing signs of age and need maintenance soon, otherwise, they won't match the overall high-end aesthetic. The overall value for money is quite high, I recommend staying here!

My stay at the Sheraton Hotel (Fuchun River Yaolin Road Branch) in Tonglu far exceeded my expectations this time. It was so comfortable that I extended my stay by an extra day. The hotel boasts elegant and sophisticated decor with a minimalist yet high-quality feel. My room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing that made it incredibly quiet. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom was roomy, and the heated smart toilet was a thoughtful touch, making it a great experience. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff proactively recommended local scenic spots and delicious food, which was a huge help for my itinerary. The hotel's backyard parking lot was well-organized and ample, and free parking made it very convenient for those driving. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted delicious. The surrounding environment was clean and beautiful, and its proximity to the Fuchun River made for lovely scenery. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful—a top choice for accommodation in Tonglu. Five stars!

The hotel service was excellent! They proactively upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite, which was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The view of the Fuchun River from the window was unobstructed, and it was super convenient being close to a commercial area with plenty of dining options. It would be even better if the facilities were smarter. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was spacious with a high floor and great views! It shares a business building with All Seasons Hotel, and seems to be the latest version of Orange Crystal Hotel, which I've always loved the vibe of. Despite the huge crowds during Chinese New Year, I could still feel the dedication in their service. After checking in, I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. They probably couldn't provide one at the time as the hotel was almost fully booked, so I had given up. However, when I returned after dinner, I found the blanket had been delivered to my room. This shows that the front desk noted my request and tried their best to fulfill a reasonable customer request whenever possible, instead of just brushing me off. This kind of thoughtful service is truly noticeable and appreciated. Many thanks to the front desk lady that day!

The location is easy to find, with both properties situated together. The underground parking garage isn't finished yet, and if you accidentally drive in, there's no direct elevator up, so be careful not to make that mistake. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. The newly opened room is super spacious, very clean, and cozy, with a beautiful view outside the window. Breakfast is on the 25th floor; the beef noodles are delicious, and I added instant noodles. They also have oat milk. It would be even better if there was a toaster.
