Elegant Hotel (Yintai City Branch, Tonglu, Hangzhou)

The hotel room was really stuffy this season, and there was no AC. They said it wasn't on yet, but it felt more like they were trying to save money by not running the cold air. They did provide a fan, but seriously, isn't that a bit ridiculous? The buffet selection was standard, but they were very slow and unenthusiastic about refilling dishes.

The hygiene was good, and the breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It's super close to Yintai City, which makes dining out very convenient, and there's a supermarket nearby for easy shopping. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This hotel deserves a great review! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are well-equipped and complete with everything you need. The location is excellent, and the breakfast is pretty good too. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's a little bit far from the riverside, but it's just a short taxi ride away, only costing the minimum fare. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
