節假日出遊，提前二個禮拜定的房間。還是不錯的。地鐵口不是很近，但是周邊環境還是不錯。住了三天碰到了很多國際友人。帶娃出行，整個行程還是很愉快的。

整體來説 ，銅鼓地方不大，有個四星以上酒店都比較少，比較信任維也納 畢竟也是個分店開的比較多而且評論都還不是很差。入住後，第一感覺店內乾淨整潔，客房部體驗感稍差。
服務：前台服務非常熱情，尤其工號03號小姐姐，非常棒服務貼心又周到，酒店客房阿姨拿東西非常迅速。
建議:維也納酒店該有的服務設施不能因地域而偷工減料，有的東西其他門店都有的，這裏要顧客自己去索要才會給你，還有停車位很小，沒得地方停車還要自己上個坡去找停車的地方，而且酒店停車位置離道路很近很容易造成後方倒車出現事故

酒店用品設施都很新，房間面積夠大，被子枕頭都舒服，智能小度控制電器窗簾，價格也實惠，還送了兩份早餐券，酒店旁邊就是秋收起義紀念館，隔壁巷子有家粉店好吃又便宜，6元一份，肉還多，周圍很多吃的，有些長沙連鎖，但還是想要吃本地特色。

在銅鼓來説是性價比最高的一個酒店，住酒店都是首選這一家，衞生很乾凈，床墊特別柔軟，但是冷熱水的標識是相反的，淋浴房門上的貼標推拉也是相反的，小朋友就容易搞不清。
