The most annoying thing is that I booked a room for two days and went out the next morning. When I came back in the afternoon, the room was not tidied. The reason was that I didn't inform the hotel when I left and planned to tidy it up after 4pm because I was afraid of disturbing the guests' sleep. ! It’s so weird, who can sleep until four in the afternoon and then get up again! There is a foot bath shop on the second floor of the hotel. It shares the lobby and elevator with the hotel. It is very confusing. In short, it is too bad!

The bulletproof lock kept breaking. When I was taking a nap, a male employee just swiped his card into the room. I wanted to call the police.

The hotel is so rubbish, the room size is falsely stated! ! ! The updated version cannot reach the display area of ​​the web page! They also defrauded consumers of points and only issued them through complaints! ! ! And there are points deductions! The speed of handling the problem is extremely slow!

星程酒店位置好找，前台服務員小朱熱情周到，該酒店是2023年新開的，我是在攜程上訂的，房間設施比較新，環境衞生以及管理都很不錯，閑雜人等不能上樓，刷卡進電梯，特別是他們家的抽水馬桶是智能的很方便，早餐也還可以，有停車場，感覺還不錯，下次如有機會去的話還會入住該酒店的。

不錯，酒店很新，門口有免費停車位。前台服務好，跟耐心的為我介紹銅川旅遊景點。房間是地暖，很熱，晚上睡覺開窗户有點冷，不開太熱了。衞生間乾濕分離，不錯。美中不足就是洗澡水壓力有點小，要是能大點就完美了。

環境非常好，服務比環境還要好！各方面都做的非常出色，而且每一個前台的小姐姐態度也很好哦～準備了禮物給我們，非常感謝～讓我們對銅川的印象都變好了，下次還會選擇！
