the best hotel i’ve stayed! i love how the room comes with its own washing machine which makes washing clothes so much more hassle free— no longer need to queue or wait at the lobby area for your clothes. the room was clean & staffs was very friendly and nice! the train station is really close by to the hotel, just a couple minutes walk and you’re there! also, there’s quite a number of stations around the hotel so travelling around tokyo has been smooth sailing for us. another key factor that makes me love this hotel is the refa products that was used! from hair dryer, to shower head, and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash too~~ I don’t even need to bring my own!

This has always been my go-to hotel for business trips. It's located in Aoyama, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The hotel has a Seijo Ishii supermarket right downstairs, which is perfect for grabbing delicious snacks and homemade pastries. There's also a Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy.

• located at the furthest exit from the Ikebukuro train station. have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the Yamanote line. the surrounding is also filled with a lot of sus shops, with girls standing around at night holding papers and shouting at men. if you’re a female they won’t bother you but if you’re a guy stay safe.  • at night can hear some shouting from the street as well.  • good; have Refa hair dryer, hair wash etc. there’s also a laundry machine, microwave, etc. which was really nice. • space wise, I think that it is very spacious especially for a solo traveller with only one luggage but if you have two, there might not be enough space for you to open your luggage.

Very good location, just around 5 mins walk to JR station  Room is big compared to most of the Tokyo hotels and our room even have a small balcony.  In room washing machine and microwave is very good for longer stay and summer :)   Many supermarkets, convenience stores, drag stores nearby  I hope hotel will change the quilt as it’s uncomfortable and the size is only good for 1 person even for our room type.

Location is close to metro station. Hotel is surrounded by lots of eateries and it's quite near to a huge supermarket. Room is fairly quiet. However, for light sleepers, you might be woken up by traffic noise (occasionally, ambulance siren). Having a washing machine in the room is really convenient for us as we are travelling in Japan for a month. It helps settle our laundry at our convenience. Room size is big enough for two. Bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is strong and water heater works!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Dome, and there's a Don Quijote and convenience stores nearby. The room has a washing machine and a microwave, which is very convenient. The fridge even has a freezer compartment! The room is clean and you can even watch YouTube! Really great!

This was my second stay, and I felt it had declined compared to six months ago. Firstly, there were fewer staff members greeting guests at the front desk. Secondly, the bathtub in the bathroom drained very slowly and was easily clogged by hair. However, the washing machine was still very useful, the room was spacious, and the location was convenient. If you have large luggage, remember to use exit 6 as it has an elevator.

This hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located close to Keikyu Kamata Station, making it ideal for those with early morning departures or late-night arrivals at Haneda Airport. Getting around is also very easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. A nice bonus is the free coffee and hot chocolate machine on the first floor!

The hotel isn't too far from Shibuya JR station, about an 8-minute walk. Facilities: The room has a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays. Downstairs on the 2nd floor, the lobby offers coffee and tea. There's also a huge FamilyMart convenience store right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab snacks and supplies. The room itself was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to open up and organize my luggage, and lots of power outlets and USB ports for convenient charging from multiple angles.

This is my second time staying at a Tokyu Stay chain hotel and I chose it again for its convenience. The in-room washer-dryer are very useful, especially for longer stays. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Shinbashi Station, with many izakayas nearby and a convenience store just behind the building. A very practical and comfortable place to stay in Ginza.
