Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills- A Concept by Hyatt

Tokyo|1.35km from World Trade Center Bldg.
This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

Pullman Tokyo Tamachi

Shinagawa Tokyo|1.36km from World Trade Center Bldg.
We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Even if you try to check in at a self check-in machine despite the reservation from the official app 4 days ago, there is no registration ‼ it is the same many times. After all, to tell the front desk staff and then check in ‥‥ what the self check-in machine is ⁉ also as a hotel original privilege, one point from slippers, etc. Operation to choose ‼ Wouldn't it be good to check in at the front desk from the beginning ⁇⁇ After the self check-in machine is processed to the guest at the front desk I think it's only a matter of two times!!! Is the introduction cost of the self check-in machine unavoidable ⁉ what is the extreme is that cashless hotel does not accept cash, and the cash back is only cash‼⁇‼⁇The room rate is ca Who didn't think the hotel officials were funny to pay cash back in cash at the shres? Cashless is also a hotel located in the station Chika, with only credit cards and QR code payments, but traffic IC cards such as Suica are not available ‼ of course, electronic money such as Edy, waon, nanaco is not available ‼ cash The cashless service that can be used for the limited payment of the payment is limited and inconvenient. The rooms are small, but barrier free design without step with the unit bathroom. There is no closet, but there are 6 hangers and enough. Folded luggage. There is a humidifier made by SHARP. TV is 40 inch android TV made by TOSHIBA. Net services such as YouTube, Netflix, Ameba can be watched on TV. BS can be watched, but CS cannot be watched. You can also confirm the use of coin laundry and the congestion of restaurants. The bed is 140 cm wide by sealey. The headboard has a variety of lighting switches, outlets and USB terminals. The refrigerator is made of TOSHIBA small one door. The desk is small with a width of less than 40 cm. There are also outlets, USB terminals and LAN terminals on the desk. There is a tiger hot water boiler pot. All the water in the hotel seems to be water purification. 2F has coin laundry, ice machine and microwave oven. By the way, coin laundry can be paid with electronic money. 1F There is a familiar amenities corner in front of the elevator. Take the instant drink amenities such as coffee and tea, toothbrush, shaver, body wash, etc. On the other hand, there was nothing in the room ‼ the view from the room saw the tip of the Tokyo Tower. I also saw the high-rise parts of Atago Green Hills and Toranomon Hills. It is beautiful because it has just opened in 1/26. The surroundings of the hotel were mostly office buildings, so I could spend quietly.

Tokyo Tower
This hotel has not much reviews and offers some experiences. Location: Just on the other side of the road in Shiba Park, across the street, it is super convenient to go to the Tokyo Tower. The night is still beautiful. It is convenient to take a half hour drive from the airport. Environment: The hotel is quite atmospheric, the lobby is spacious and bright, and there are not many tourists. The front desk is very friendly and speaks English. I stayed for five nights and didn't hear the voice of the Chinese people. The overall surrounding environment is very quiet. Room: Two large and medium-sized medium twin rooms, children 8 years old, no problem, the room is relatively spacious. The bathroom is small, but there is still a step that is not low, and the elderly are not very convenient. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not bad, people have not been much, the environment is good on the first floor. Shopping around: The hotel is not a lively area of interest downstairs. In the morning, you can feel the rush and silence of the office workers. Go to the JR line for seven or eight minutes and have a family supermarket, Alipay settlement. Meal: There are restaurants nearby, it is quite convenient, and I change to the restaurant every night. Basic English communication is not smooth, and it is quite interesting to order food. There is a white cloth curtain to eat the restaurant of Kochi dumplings, there is no picture of ordering, all rely on Mongolia. Beer and dumplings taste good. Service, very good, changed the room once in the middle. There is indeed a Chinese service. On that day, the Chinese staff were absent and the communication was difficult. The front desk called the Chinese staff and translated between us. Very good, don't worry about staying at this hotel. The overall feeling is quite good, eleven prices are slightly more expensive. If you like shopping, you still have to live near Ginza Shinjuku. It is two stops from Ginza and the taxi is 100 yuan.

A lovely place with robots assisting us. Require some effort before able to check in. Glad that support from staff came almost immediately to assist. Had 2 big lugguage so opening of lugguage proves difficulty. Narrow corridor is restricted once the lugguage bag is opened. Room may be small but good enough for couple. Even though it is away from the city, transportation is easy. Just a few stops away from Daimon station.

Overall it’s a good experience for one night stay. Smooth check in with English printed instructions, easy to understand and follow. Clean and tidy facilities. You can see Tokyo tower from the lounge and rooftop. Nice garden and temples in walking distance. Local dining is okay nearby. Just that it’s difficult to get a good night sleep when someone checked it late after midnight and chat before going to bed and set their alarm clock to 4am to ring forever. Even though it’s clearly printed on the instructions and noted on the wall to advise guests refrain from making noise to affect other guests.

I chose the right hotel when I'm in Tokyo. Easy to find as it is near Hamamatsucho Station (Yamanote line) & Daimon Station. Along the way to the hotel you can see a lot of eateries, 2 family marts & lawson even family mart next to the hotel. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate. If I come to Tokyo again, I'll definitely choose this hotel if the price is still the same.

We spent a night just arrived in Japan, the very comfortable area directly connected to Haneda Airport by Monorail and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station. The staff's courtesy is a strong point, which speaks a good English and from a lot of information about where to eat around. The room is very compact, it is good for a night. Large shower. Clean but hot, a little heavy pillow and a hard couch. In the usual drinking machine hall, a small self-spot with microwave, a table with free accessories like toothbrushes and pettines. In the chabatta and yukata room, a small quiet refrigerator. No choice for breakfast

I was a little concerned at first. Very rarely do i stay in a hotel with an average TA rating of only 3 dots (usually i go for at least 4 dots). Well, for the price, i think this property is a very good deal. The room was clean. I believe this is an apartment building converted into a hotel. It feels more like staying in your own private apartment with a keypad to access your room. The room is small but we only needed the night to sleep for the next morning's flight to Haneda airport. Surprisingly, the room is very well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, fridge and a kitchen sink. All the toiletries for your room are available at the foyer's lift landing. If i were to come back to stay longer term in Tokyo, i'd definitely consider this place again.
