I stayed in both the Superior Twin and Deluxe Twin rooms this time. The pictures are of the Deluxe room, which is indeed larger than the Superior. If the price difference isn't significant, I'd recommend the Deluxe room – the extra space makes the hallways feel wider. The air conditioning is as many have noted, a bit too cold, but thankfully we had three duvets. Luggage storage is very convenient; just tell the front desk. Overnight storage is also fine, as long as you let them know which day you'll be checking back in. If you're into anime/manga, the area around the hotel is fantastic for exploring, with gachapon machines everywhere.

The room isn't huge, but the location more than makes up for it. It's super convenient – you just pop out of the subway station, cut through a small lane, and you're at the hotel, literally a few dozen meters away. Plus, there are tons of drugstores and restaurants nearby. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

This was my second trip to Tokyo, and I chose to stay near Ginza again. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-8 minute walk from Shimbashi subway station. The area is fantastic, with local supermarkets, numerous 24-hour convenience stores, Don Quijote duty-free shop, and the Ginza shopping district with all sorts of mid-to-high-end department stores, luxury boutiques, restaurants, small shops, and banks – absolutely everything you need! The hotel itself, while compact, has all the essentials. It's newly renovated and very comfortable. The toilet is electric, and the shower has many detailed settings. There's a free coffee machine in the lobby, and our package even included complimentary juice. The service was excellent!
The facilities are complete and the service is excellent. Even though I arrived early and couldn't check in yet, they arranged for me to store my luggage, which made it easy to go out for food and shopping. The only thing I think could be improved is that there was no drinking water in the room. When I stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel nearby before, there was drinking water in the fridge.
The hygiene and facilities are excellent, and the bath water temperature is just right – soaking in it after a day of walking is incredibly relaxing. There are steps at the entrance, but they're not too high. The location is really convenient, not far from several subway stations, and you can even walk to Tokyo Dome and Korakuen. The nearby restaurants, noodle shops, and cafes are all fantastic. The room isn't small, though the bathroom is one of those integrated units typical of economy hotels, which was a bit tight for my larger build to turn around in, but it was very clean. I feel like I'd stay here again. The free ice cream was delicious! I couldn't figure out the machine myself, but a nice young man helped me. I tried to go after 8 PM as much as possible, because earlier than that, there would be a queue of students.

Very pretty for a 3-star hotel. The lift is fast, and the location is great—just a short walk to Senso-ji Temple, with an amazing view of Tokyo Skytree from our room. Breakfast had excellent choices.
However, the check-in and check-out experience was disappointing. All the Japanese staff were friendly and polite, but some other staff were not as professional and polite.
When we asked about extending checkout, one staff member that has a bit of curly hair that looks like from South Asia or Middle eastern looking man spoke to us sharply and used dismissive hand gestures waving in the air like if we want to extend our checkout time it would cost 1300 Yen per hour and said to us that’swhat we have to pay.
Which is fine by us as We paid ¥3900 for a 2PM checkout (about AUD $35 which is nothing for us) which we were happy to pay as it allowed us to store our shopping before our evening flight.
Overall, it’s a shame the service didn’t match our otherwise pleasant stay, especially compared to our experience at The B Ginza.
The management team should check on this one staff regarding his performance and his expression to guests as we find it very rude and disrespectful and it makes us look cheap.
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. If you're feeling energetic, you can easily walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The surrounding area is very lively, with many small shops and locals, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I stayed in two room types: the double room could only fit one suitcase open, while the superior double room could fit two (assuming no extra bed). Housekeeping is every other day, with fresh towels and trash removal daily. For repeat guests, you can store up to two pieces of luggage. Communication with the front desk was smooth; they readily helped when I asked to have an extra bed removed. The only drawback is the lack of a laundry room, which isn't ideal for travelers who prefer to pack light.
This Tokyo trip's hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, I felt the staff's incredible thoughtfulness throughout, and I definitely have to recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Tokyo!
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. From there, you can easily reach popular areas like Ginza and Tokyo Station. There are also convenience stores, izakayas, and unique restaurants nearby, making late-night snacking or shopping incredibly convenient. The most pleasant surprise was how spacious the room felt for a Tokyo hotel. Through the floor-to-ceiling window, you could catch glimpses of the city, and the natural light was excellent. Inside, the amenities were comprehensive – the Simmons mattress was soft and comfortable, washing away all travel fatigue. The double basin design and bathtub with a temperature display were incredibly thoughtful, showing attention to detail everywhere. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding and bathroom supplies had a fresh scent. The complimentary portable WiFi had a stable signal, allowing me to stay connected and navigate easily while out and about.

Free coffee available throughout the day. I loved the coffee.
Free Snacks at 3pm.
Bed was a bit stiff.
Near to Akasaka Station. 15 mins walk to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station.
Nearby lots of restaurants options. I loved the Streamer Coffee and Little Tokyo House cafe nearby.
See image for the entrance to the Lift (outside TBS building) that can bring you up to Hotel’s street level instead of going up the slope / stairs.
