I had a wonderful experience at LOISIR Hotel Shinagawa Seaside. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating – they even allowed us an early check-in, which made a big difference after a long journey. The location is fantastic in terms of connectivity. The metro station is conveniently located right in the basement of the hotel, and there's a bus stop just outside the entrance. This made getting around Tokyo super easy and stress-free. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and unbeatable convenience!
It would have been even better if there were restaurants nearby that were open on weekends.
It's nice that there's a convenience store nearby, but there are only two parking spaces, so I couldn't park on the first day of my consecutive nights.
If you want to use the parking lot, it's best to make a reservation in advance!

Very nice hotel. Close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Supplied face creams and other extra niceties. Great at keeping our luggage before we could check in and then again after checkout. Has a bar for drinks and coffee in the lobby as you enter the hotel, nice relaxing benefit. Easy access via public transportation to the SkyTree and Disney. Both definitely worth the visit.

If you're staying at the hotel from Haneda Airport, it's easily accessible from Keikyu Kamata and JR Kamata stations, and you'll have no trouble finding somewhere to eat, including izakayas and sushi restaurants.

I stayed here the night before departing from Narita.
It's just a few minutes walk from JR Kamata Station, so you won't have any trouble finding places to eat or shop.
It's an old hotel, so the quality of the interior is average.
There's only one JR line to Tokyo Station, so I was able to get there easily and cheaply by taking an LCC bus from the Yaesu South Exit.
If you're staying at Haneda, I recommend Chisun Inn Kamata, which is closer to the Keikyu Line station.
