The service and location are also top-notch. The single room was bigger than I expected, with an unbeatable city view from the 34th floor. Other than being a little pricey, it was perfect.

The location was good, close to the train station and there was self-collect free water. Good view and high floor.

It is right across from shopping department shores. Major busy areas are also just within a 10-12 min walk.  Clean room and the size of my room is very decent.  Staffs were helpful and efficient.  I saw an airport bus tonight HND right downstairs so it is very convenient.

Check in at level 20. So definitely you will have a night view of Tokyo. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our flight have delayed and still able check in at 1am. Level 1 got convenient store, really a great place to get our quick meal. Will visit again next time

The hotel boasts an excellent location. The main entrance is on the 1st floor (there's a 7-Eleven there, but it closes early). Check-in is on the 20th floor, and all guest rooms are above the 20th floor, offering great views without any low-floor rooms. The 2nd floor provides direct access to Takashimaya and Shinjuku Station, and there are two subway lines right across the street from the 1st-floor exit, making getting around very convenient. See picture 3 for a floor overview. 👍 The scenic twin room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards, not cramped at all. It comes with standard sheet mask skincare products and disposable slippers. 🙃 Ps: There's no bottled water in the room, but each floor has a self-service water dispenser. Also, the bathroom shower is inside the bathtub 🛁. 👍 Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Super convenient Next to everything u possibly ask for Airport bus pick-up/drop off Luggage delivery handle very well From the train station, no steps at all so no need to carry luggage up or down

This is my second time staying here. Room is expensive at Sakura Season but convenient location. Directly opposite Takashimaya. The room interior is quite dated but good room size at 26sqm. Breakfast is not great.

We chose this hotel coz it’s very near to Shinjuku Station. We only stayed for one night coz we were going to Hakone. Checked in was smooth and fast

The room is quite small and old but the location is really convenient.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is excellent. You can reach Takashimaya by walking across a pedestrian bridge on the 2nd floor, and Shinjuku Bus Terminal is just a 10-minute walk from the ground floor. The hotel rooms are great. If your room faces west, you can see Mount Fuji, though unfortunately, the very peak was obstructed from my room. The smoking room is on the 21st floor and does offer a view of the peak, but it's quite small. The Japanese restaurant on the 19th floor offers a 13,000 yen set menu that was incredibly delicious and very filling.

It is my third time staying in this hotel. Excellent location and convenient to everywhere. However, I was not told that there is a construction site (demolishing an old building) right opposite to my room and it is extremely noisy every morning sharp at 9am. Unpacking all my stuff in the room, I have struggled if I should ask for changing the room. So disappointing to its service in this regard.

Right next to Shinjuku Station, it's super close to the subway, JR, and bus terminal. The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and you can access a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor to walk to Takashimaya or Harajuku Station. Honestly, it's incredibly convenient! I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, and the airport shuttle was super convenient! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shinjuku. The service and cleanliness were also very good. Breakfast was just okay, with a limited selection, but the facilities were comprehensive. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs.
