The hotel is very dark. Light hardly penetrates into the rooms through 2 small windows that look directly into the neighboring building. The soundproofing is poor. You can hear neighbors in the corridor, you can hear stomping in the neighboring rooms. And if you live not on the top floor, and above you will be a noisy family, it will be unreal to sleep at all because of the stomping, which is not removed by earplugs. You can stay there for a couple of days, but no more. We left early, they refused to refund our money. We will not stay there again.
The hotel offers water in exchange for reviews, so the rating is inflated.

It's a cozy place. Very conducive for our family of 5. Just a stone throw away from train station and convenience store. And this is our view from our window..so great!

All are good except there is only one lift and the lift is always packed during peak hour. As there is only one toilet so it is not too convenient for large families.
Apartment is clean and near to metro station, just one station away from Asakusa station. We use the washing machine daily with dryer function and we love it very much.

The hotel is very good and clean, all the staff is very kind and helpful. They wait me until midnight to check in. Thanks koko hotel for your kind and nice. Its happy to stay here, near the tawaramachi station.

Lovely apartment hotel in a less crowded part of Tokyo. Washing machine in room was a huge plus, housekeeping only done once every 3 days.

Fantastic stay!!! Modern feel. Every part of the room is clean!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Train station is just a stone away! Room can view Skytree tower.

Good value for money for family exploring Tokyo, within good distance to everyrhing needed - metro, f&b, tourist sites. Good sized room wt good amenities. New hotel and quietly tucked in.

Everything is great .. only if the dryer is separate from the washer would be great.. as 2 in 1 machine did not dry the clothes quite well..
Great space also.. with dining area, kitchenette for light cooking ..
