Service is very very bad 😡😡😡, if you check out early you can't sit in the lobby waiting for your friend to pick you up. I had to sit on the stairs and wait for my friend to pick me up. They will kick you out of there. Think carefully before booking here.

But it only takes 30 minutes. The only drawback is that the footsteps in the corridor are noisy and there is no sound insulation. I will be woken up by people when I sleep.

It was the first time I went to the Calsul Hotel, and it was quiet and nice. And it's very, very clean, and the location is right next to Don Quixote in Shinjuku, so the location is great!! It was nice to have a separate smoking room.
