A big thank you to the reception staff for their friendliness and assistance with our hotel room booking. They were very accommodating throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a 3‑minute walk to the nearest train station, making it easy to access everywhere with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (though halal options can be limited). The surroundings were calm and not noisy, even with a café and pub close by. While the room was slightly compact, it was very comfortable with a pleasant ambience. Definitely going to repeat the stay again in the future.

Very clean and convenient location! Loved that the amenities were free flow as well (e.g. room slippers, hair oil, etc). Lots of convenience stores nearby to get snacks from 24h as well!

Akabane Holic Hotel is a fairly modern spot with all the essentials you’d need. It’s about a 3-minute walk from Akabane Station and sits in a lively area with plenty of bars, restaurants, fast food joints, and convenience stores around. There’s even a Don Quijote right next door, so the location’s pretty great overall. The room is your typical Tokyo size—on the smaller side—but it’s clean and nicely done up. There’s no usual bathtub like you’d find in most Tokyo hotels, but that’s made up for by a public bath in the basement, which is a great experience, especially if you’re trying it for the first time. Overall, definitely a hotel I’d recommend.

Great accessibility to the nearest metro station (2 minutes walk). Room was small with a relatively huge bath + toilet area. Could improve on the room layout. Public bath was good.

The staff were very kind and helpful, which made my stay feel very secure and comfortable. The amenities were also excellent and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary ochazuke (rice with tea) service in the evening – it was delicious!

The room is super small Not recommend for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 babies) They have bigger room but still cant fit your luggages But location wise strategic

Hotel is near to the JR Station. There is lawson and don quiote if you need anything
