Slightly longer walk from ueno station . Room size is good enough to open two luggages . Staff is helpful

The location is ok but it is difficult to find someone in the counter for help to have cleaning for the room.

Hotel location is about 15mins from Ueno station. Restaurants and shops are 15-20mins walk distance. Would recommend for budget travelers who want easy access to long distance train travel through Ueno Station

設施：基本設施都有，浴缸電動馬桶，
衞生：四天打掃一次
環境：附近沒有便利店，吃飯的店，位置也不是太好找，離車站也挺遠，走到上野站差不多的20分鐘
服務：沒有中文服務
性價比不高，價格不是很便宜，房間很小

룸 클리닝 서비스는 기본으로 제공하고 있지 않습니다. 수건이 넉넉하지 않아 말려서 사용해야 해야해서 불편했습니다.
호텔은 매우 작아 최소한의 서비스를 제공하였습니다.
역에서 걸어갈 수 있다는 점이 만족스러운 부분은 없었습니다.
호텔에는 숙박외에는 부대시설이 없어 1성호텔이라고 생각됩니다.

房間寬暢乾淨，該有的都有，打開房門還有 sky tree view！
飯店地點方便，附近還有 24 小時超市，不怕半夜肚子餓，十分推薦獨旅者入住，下次去東京會再選擇 ELE👍🏻
