The hotel is quite close to the subway station, just one stop from Ueno, which is great for catching an early flight the next day. The hygiene and facilities are decent, no complaints there. This is a continuation of my previous review. I had to book an extra night because I'd initially booked one day less. The hotel was able to merge both bookings when I checked in. Also, some guides mentioned that additional fees might be charged during check-in, but that wasn't the case. I only paid the amount shown on Trip.com, and didn't have to pay anything else upon arrival at the hotel.

The room size is pretty good for Tokyo. All the front desk staff were great, except for one woman. The only real issue was that the showerhead direction was difficult to control. The location was decent enough.

Overall, the hotel was clean and in a very good location. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and cozy. However, the toilet in our room was not cleaned properly. We didn’t raise any complaint during our stay and just let it pass, but it would be great if more attention could be paid to cleanliness in this area.

The hotel location is near to subway. Just need to walk around 5mins to reach the nearest subway. Hotel provides facial cleanser, toner and moisturiser for free which amazes me.

No table for eating, which was a bit inconvenient. The twin room was a decent size. It's close to the subway but far from the JR station. There aren't many dining options nearby; only Sukiya is open 24 hours at night.

Excellent location in Ueno-Okachimachi, very close to the subway station making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with Kose Sekkisei toiletries and all the necessary amenities. Service was efficient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We missed a bus, and found a same-night hotel on Trip. It's quite close to Ueno station so it's quite convenient for us to take Shinkansen the next day.

Location is 15 minutes walk from shintomachi subway station. Room size-wise is small but eventually it still fits 2 twin beds and still have enough space for 2 large luggages and 1 cabin luggage. Love the brightness of the room. Only the bed size is quite small like 100 cm width and pillow is also small and hard. Front desk is very helpful and we can buy tokyo subway card from hotel at cheaper 100 yen from machine at train station. Overall this hotel is good for room and service but quite a distance from subway especially if you have to drag luggages.
