The hotel is clean and the rooms are fully equipped. The waiters are warm and attentive. The hotel is a few minutes away from the metro station. Convenient to travel. It was a relatively satisfactory stay experience. Will stay here next time.

Budget hotel with a good location. Everything you need is there, but without frills. Which is not surprising for such money. One of the obvious disadvantages is the poor soundproofing of the rooms.

The windows are not sealed tightly and are very noisy. Because it is next to the road, the noise is very loud. The curtains do not block light, which affects sleep!

It is located between Bakuroyokoyama Station and Hamacho Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.
There is a convenience store across the road.
There was a Freshness Burger within walking distance.
Amenities were a system where you took the minimum items such as combs, razors, toothbrushes, and pajamas from the side of the elevator on the first floor and brought them to your room.
I used it for the first time, but I was able to stay cheaply, so it feels like it's neither good nor bad.

I have stayed here for 7 days in this hotel 2 weeks ago for my first ever Japan Trip. Positive Side: Everything was clean, the staff were very pleasant. Housekeeping is very efficient. Specially the one of the female staff and the guy with glasses who did not asked me to pay for the umbrella I lost in the train station. Room for improvement: The house keeping comes in ones in a blue moon to clean your ream and if they do, they do it early in the morning when you're still sleeping from partying the night before so you can't ask for a clean up since they only do it in the morning. My stay was very positive and I enjoyed it. They also have free breakfast that I am not crazy about. Better go to 7-11. Will absolutely recomment this place again soon

The location may be a little strange. This is the best location if you want to see a performance at Meijiza and then stay overnight. I think Hamacho Station is the closest station, but I think it would be more convenient to go to Ningyocho or Higashi Nihonbashi. However, the bus that took us to Yaesu in the morning was very helpful! However, it seems to fill up quickly, so if you really want to ride, it's best to wait downstairs early. Breakfast is included for free, but since the venue is a bit small, it might be a good idea to take it home with you to your room.
