It was very convenient as it was close to Kamata station and there were many shops around.

学生時代の友人に会うためにそちらに宿泊させていただきました。お酒も飲んでいて少し酔っていたため、友人が部屋まで送ってくれたのですがいきなりスタッフの方が部屋にこられ、宿泊されていない方がいらっしゃるので別途宿泊代を払って下さいと言われました。すみません知らなくて、送ってもらっただけなのですぐに出ますと言っても、払っていただけないなら警察を呼びますと言われ警察の方がきました。警察に事情を説明しましたが、警察からは何も言えないのでホテルの人に従ってもらうしかないと言われ、渋々送ってくれた友人のホテル代を払いました。(責任者を呼んでと言ってもいないので無理ですと言われました)そのスタッフの方は終始接客業をされてる方とは思えないくらい最低でありえない態度でした。 後日責任者の方に電話をしたのですが、払ってもらったお金は返せないと言われました。その後、友人がもう一度電話をし、防犯カメラなどで滞在時間などを見て然るべき対処をして下さいと言うと、滞在時間は5〜10分でこちらのスタッフの教育不足だったので返金しますということで返金していただきました。 友人が電話をしていなかったら、事実確認も全くせずお金を支払わせたままだったということですよね？ 責任者の方にも不信感を覚えますし、スタッフの方に対してはこんな最低の態度で対応されたのは初めてで不快でしたし、接客業としてどうなのかなと思います。 そして規約もないのにスタッフの方の独断でお金を支払わせたということだそうですが、そんなスタッフを雇ってらっしゃるこちらの会社もどうなってるのかなと思います。 お金は返金してもらえましたが、楽しみにしていた旅行が最悪の気分でした。 2度とこちらのホテルは利用しません。
