東京站出來往皇居方向走十幾分鍾可到達，地鐵大手町站C13b出來即可到達。
酒店與皇居一條馬路之隔，環境非常好！
到達酒店門口就有服務員幫助拿行李，有專門的人引導辦理入住。我們到的早，先辦理好手續，存上行李，3點回來拿上鑰匙，行李已經送到房間。服務員會送到房間，簡單介紹酒店設施，入住過程非常舒服。
房型雖然是最基本的，沒有陽台，但也可以看到外面的風景，很美！房間挺大，設施完備。尤其是洗澡水超級大，是那種少有的大。
酒店很漂亮，處處彰顯奢華！
早餐廳有個玻璃房子很漂亮，可以看到外面的風景，早餐品質也很好。為我們服務的一個白人小夥子非常熱情，主動幫我們拍了照片，非常感謝！
酒店還有個婚禮教堂可以參觀，很漂亮！
短短一晚入住時間來不及體驗更多的東西，回家努力掙錢，爭取再多住兩晚！

酒店很漂亮～房間也很乾凈漂亮～裝修和硬件都完全沒有陳舊感。
訂的景觀房，可以看到御苑和東京的天際線。心情很舒暢。
夜床服務很細緻。洗漱用品給很多。
有BOSE迷你音箱很好聽～還有蒸汽美容儀不過我不會用。
沒有定早餐，所以不評論。

位置無與倫比，步行一百米到皇居。酒店整體安靜、整潔、豪華，大堂、前廳、大堂吧非常大氣，服務人員禮貌、周到，儘管英語有時候會卡殼。房間不算大，但佈局非常合理、淋浴房非常舒服，馬桶是智能的，TOTO牌子，即使沒有陽台，視線也不錯。最為讚賞的是房間整理服務，就在去早餐的空檔，迅速整理，令人愉悦。還需要特別表揚的是前廳經理，專業、仔細，幫我避免了去錯機場的失誤，感謝🙏 大堂吧和Grand Kitchen的迎賓男經理略顯不友好，下午五點時不允許我們去一樓室外區域喝飲料，交涉後才放行。三次早餐想去室外位置，都説沒空，我們執意要等，坐下後一分鐘告訴我們有位置了，不知是偶然還是有心之為。所以服務沒有打滿分。

皇宮酒店的環境是大手町面對皇居一字排開的帝國酒店、半島酒店三家頂級酒店中位置最好的。樓下還看到盛開的夜櫻。早飯隔着護城河對着江户舊城城牆，看水鳥掠過水麪，真的是賞心悦目。6樓的法餐廳也很棒，服務沒得説。

環境：俯瞰和田倉公園和皇居，日夜皆美
設施：房間比較大，當然價格在那裡，沒時間去健身房，大堂總有結婚的人，餐廳也沒時間體會，房間裏的minibar都要收費，有免費的膠囊咖啡袋泡茶品質不錯，第二天送了芥末豆和柚子粉做的小小水果型的糖非常精緻入口即化。護膚卸粧產品和浴鹽很齊全，但是沒有浴帽^_^
