Nice environment provide great breakfast Japanese or Western

Hotel Niwa Tokyo location is superbly conducive. It is just a 5-mins walk to Suidobashi station, away from crowds during peak periods. There's also an elevator for those travelling with big luggages so no worries. On the day we checked in, the staff helped us even though she showed us the check-in machine. She assisted us from the start until she brought us over to the lift lobby. Her service was 10/10! Room service was amazing. Every time we returned after a long day outside, we always came back to a neat & tidy room. Really helped alot. Room size is way bigger than most hotels we surveyed in Tokyo. Makes packing/unpacking easier = less stress. Upon checking out, we enquired about the luggage delivery service. The receptionist explained to us clearly and we decided to engage the service. We just had to drop-off our luggage earlier in the morning & everything will be settled by the staffs. It made our last minute shopping in Tokyo easier with no bulky luggages to be dragged around. All in all, highly recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting to Tokyo. You will not be disappointed. Going everywhere only took us 20 minutes via their subway! Saved us alot of time on travelling. Definitely coming back here again when I visit Tokyo next time, already looking forward to it!

This hotel is conveniently located near Suidobashi Station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is also great for exploring, with many old bookstores in Jinbocho and plenty of izakayas. It offers excellent value for money, and the hotel's own restaurant serves high-quality food, so you don't even need to leave the premises for a great meal.

Facilities: Excellent! The room was a bit small but cozy. Cleanliness: Fantastic! The Japanese dedication to cleanliness is truly ingrained. Ambiance: Wonderful! The garden is small, but enjoying meals while looking out at it, both morning and evening, was lovely. Service: Superb! They were always attentive to guests' needs.

This hotel is a hidden gem – centrally located yet quiet. It's really close to Tokyo Dome and the subway station, but not right next door, so you don't get all the noise. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I especially liked the bathroom layout; it felt spacious and wasn't cramped at all. Overall, a great stay.

I've stayed here a few times now, and the front desk staff are always so friendly. The service and cleanliness are both excellent.

Overall, Hotel Niwa Tokyo is a solid, dependable choice: serene, comfortable, and well-located. It excels at providing a peaceful base in the city, but stops short of offering a truly distinctive or luxurious experience. Suitable for business travellers or those who value quiet refinement over flair.

Japanese style breakfast is perfect, loved the grill fish together with rice and set, makes the breakfast premium, hotel itself filled with nice facilites such as paid laundry, free massage chair, free gym, and multiple relax lounge. The rooms quite spacious comparing to other hotels around the area with nice shampoo and body wash for the shower

Everything from the room layout to the overall vibe of the hotel felt well-thought-out. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! Wished we had booked this one for longer before leaving for our next destination, and if I ever stay in Japan again I’m definitely booking Hotel Niwa once more!! 👍 The balcony and tee area were my favorites and the laundry machines are simple to use via touchscreen in multiple languages. We were able to clean our whole laundry for a really small sum and continue our journey refreshed for more adventures. The staff was super helpful when we wanted to sent our suitcases to the next hotel as well!

This was my second stay at this hotel. It's in a really convenient location in Japan, close to everything. The rooms are a decent size too. The service is excellent; everyone spoke English the whole time. It's surrounded by universities, making it a top choice for travelers.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood about few minutes walk from the subway, it was convenient to get around. There isn’t much shopping available in the area and more suited for business travelers. The massage chairs at level 3 were much appreciated after a long day. Room was ok and we really Iiked how effective the black out blinds are.

Niwa is kind of regular address for me when staying in Tokyo. Loving the proximity of Kanda and Jimbocho hoods and the easy subway access to Shinjuku
