I recently stayed at MyStays with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find our room in a poor state of cleanliness. The carpet was not only dusty but also visibly dirty, contributing to an overall uncomfortable atmosphere.
The room size was another major issue. It was extremely cramped for our party of three adults and one child. To our frustration, the hotel had incorrectly processed our booking, and this led to further inconvenience.
An additional disappointment was the breakfast service. Despite being an integral part of our stay, we were unexpectedly charged extra due to an error on the hotel's part. The quality of the breakfast buffet itself was subpar, lacking in variety and essential items. On our first morning, they even ran out of basic supplies like milk. This was unacceptable, and we decided not to attend the breakfast on the second day of our stay.
Overall, our experience at MyStays was underwhelming and stressful. It's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when looking forward to a relaxing stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.
