    The entrance of hotel is very complicated and not very well indicated. The main entrance was beautifully designed. Very disappointed with the service that was very slow and inefficient. The room is quite small and has no view. Really expecting more from the hotel at this price. Experience that doesn’t want to be repeated.

      Quite different, the room is comfortable, and there is a public area on each floor where you can enjoy free coffee, tea and snacks, which is very considerate. The only thing that is unacceptable is that the waiter confiscated the shoes in the lobby (the suitcase needs to be lifted up and cleaned the suitcase wheels for us...) the whole journey can only be barefoot, and no slippers are provided in the room. The feeling of Japanese culture does not apply to hotels with many foreigners staying. And there are obviously Chinese service staff, but they do not provide Chinese service when checking in, which also increases a lot of communication costs. Poor experience
