Location is good and just a 5 min walk away from busy Shibuya. Room is super cozy and friendly staff

Decent, nothing special. The location is very convenient, which was our priority as we were on a business trip. However, it was a bit close to the railway. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the Western options were quite mediocre.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it again during to its location and the breakfast provided which was decent. Although this round, we felt it can further improve but the locations and overall experience was great. We will stay there again if we visit Tokyo once again.

balance, I’d give the JR-East Hotel Mets Shibuya a rating of about 8 out of 10 for most travellers. For what it is — a well-located, clean, reasonably priced hotel in one of Tokyo’s busiest districts — it performs very well. The major trade-off is room size and some minor service/facility limitation

Small lobby but staff were friendly and helpful. Very near the station and food options nearby. Easy walk to Shibuya center if you know the short cuts.

The entrance was a bit hard to find, but check-in was self-service. The room was clean and hygienic. Breakfast was just okay. The location is super convenient; you just take the elevator down and cross the skybridge to get to the JR station.

I actually don't really recommend hotels in Dongjing (East Jin). If it's not absolutely necessary, avoid staying in Tokyo because the rooms are very small.

Short two days stopover. Location is not bad as it’s walking distance to main Shibuya. A little difficult to find the hotel as everyone said but service was good and helpful with English speaking. Choice of eateries nearby. But basic hotel. Don’t expect too much!

We like the 2 single beds room & 3 occupancy rooms. ut is spacious & comfortable. The location is very near to Shibuya attraction by train or walking. Many Family Marts nearby, eating place local & western cafes just outside the hotel by walking distance in 5mins radius. The staffs are always pleasant & ready to assist. Amenities like self laundry & vending machines are easy to use on level 4.

It was a little tricky to find the hotel via the station with all the construction going on. But we eventually found the passage via the connecting overhead bridges. Hotel lobby is on the 4th floor and is mostly via the self check in machine with a live virtual attendant. Amenities are also self service in the lobby area. Room was a little small to open 2 big luggages but it is possible
