The hotel is close to Shinjuku-sanchome Station Exit C7, making it super convenient for shopping and dining around Shinjuku Station. There are also supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The staff were very nice too. It's a great spot for a layover.

The hotel facilities are new, and the room was very quiet. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station.

The hotel's location is good, and the self-service check-in and check-out were very convenient. The room cleaning was satisfactory, and the room layout was reasonable. However, the air vent in our room (room number 1316) had a lot of dust, which significantly detracted from our experience, though I didn't take a specific picture of it. This photo was taken before we checked out.

Via Inn was really beyond expectations. It is not the closest to the Shinjuku station, but the walk is manageable. The area is nice and there are food options nearby. Yhw hotel offers luggage delivery! That’s really the best way to travel All in all, I would stay there again if I’m in Shinjuku.

This was my first time staying at a local Japanese chain hotel, and it was truly a unique experience! The room was small, but it perfectly embodied the saying, 'small but perfectly formed.' It was spotlessly clean, and you could pick up toiletries as needed from the front desk on the first floor. Although the bathroom was compact, it had everything: a bathtub, shower, and a bidet toilet. The smart TV in the room allowed for screen mirroring and also had popular apps like YouTube and Netflix, which was very convenient. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I really liked the toiletries, especially the shampoo. Unlike other hotels where my hair tends to get greasy quickly, this one left it feeling very soft and smooth. Combined with the Panasonic hairdryer provided, my hair volume was maximized! The hotel breakfast mainly featured Japanese dishes, which was another unique experience. The Japanese staff at the front desk had some of the best service attitudes I've encountered in all the hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is located in the bustling Shibuya area, so you absolutely don't have to worry about missing out on Japan's vibrant nightlife just because there's no subway nearby. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The room was really small, and they even gave me a corner room, the last one available. The location isn't particularly convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku-sanchome subway station, crossing around 4-5 intersections. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee or tea. It's strictly for sleeping. If you're staying for multiple nights, I'd recommend choosing a better hotel. However, one rare plus is that the TV in this hotel supports screen mirroring. Check-out is at 10 AM, while most hotels are 11 AM.

Great location, there's a garden shrine nearby where you can get your fortune told. It was super relaxing to take a bath, a big plus especially in winter. All the basic needs for a stay were met, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here.
