This hotel offers excellent value for money. It was the most affordable place where my girlfriend and I could stay together in a private room with one bed😅 The entire building is incredibly clean. Honestly, I don’t even understand how they manage to keep everything at such a high standard. There’s a very cozy lobby downstairs with photos of guests from all over the world, free coffee and tea, and a well-equipped kitchen The building is very close to the metro, so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of supermarkets and small local restaurants nearby The rooms are small, but if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to sleep, this is a great choice

Sorry, but I had to give a full mark for this facility! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The single/double standard room did look small from the pic but actually it is big enough to open your suitcase on the floor. I had the skytree view from the room 505 window and that's was one of the highlight of the stay. Clean towels are provided, and in case you need to store your luggage, you can do so at the lounge below. There are 2 shower cubicles and 1 washlet toilet provided each floor, each separated for men and women, no problem at all. The facilities and room were clean. Hostel just located 5-6 mins walk to train statiOns, easy connection to many tourist spots and to Narita/Haneda airports. Convenient stores are just short walk away. Would love to return to this hostel again in my next trip to Tokyo!

We arrived with our bicycles in Tokyo, our goal, after two years of cycling. The staff was very friendly and congratulated us with a sweet note. It felt personal and friendly. The place overall is nice and cosy, with a very affordable price. We recommend.

Very good value for money hotel. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the place is clean and organized. You can leave your luggage there before check-in without any problem. The room is extremely small, but for the price it is fair. What I would suggest, though, is replacing the mattress pad, because it felt almost like sleeping on wood. The location, while very close to the subway and right next to a bus station, is in a rather remote area that requires multiple transfers and long travel times to reach most tourist attractions.

Conveniently located 5mins away from Minami Senju station and there's a Lawson 1min away. The hostel provides just what you need: a good bed, clean toilets and showers. They also have a lovely kitchen where you can cook, with free coffee and tea. The vibes of the lobby is very cozy, and the staff can speak multiple languages. They do not provide slippers nor pajamas, but you purchase them at the front desk. They have washing machine and dryers at the hotel too. If anything, do be prepared for rooms to not be soundproof. They have placed hourly restrictions on activities for the guests' comfort because of this. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're on a budget and don't mind being 40mins away from Shibuya and Shinjuku!

Hotel is located pretty well , short walk from the metro. staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is abit cramped for 2 medium size luggage. Quite convenient with a shopping mall nearby and many groceries store around

It was so close to the station! It was so clean that I wanted to go there again！

The room was bigger than I expected, with enough space for a 28-inch suitcase, perfect for a solo trip. The only downside was the soundproofing, so I'd recommend going to the common area on the first floor for phone calls. The hygiene was excellent; everything was very clean, and there were no strange odors in the common areas. As for the environment, it's conveniently located near Minami-Senju Station, with easy access to both JR and subway lines, just a few minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants near the subway station.

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The property was clean, well-organized, and felt thoughtfully managed. All the reception staff I met were friendly, polite, and able to communicate in basic English, which made everything smooth. I stayed in a single room. It was compact but comfortable for one person; personally I think it would feel quite tight for two guests. Initially I was a bit hesitant because my room was directly opposite the women’s restroom. However, it turned out to be surprisingly convenient. The restroom was not busy, and the noise I expected from people going in and out never became an issue. Since the facilities were also kept very clean, it ended up being quite a good location. During my five-night stay, I didn’t sleep particularly well, possibly because there was a ventilation fan near the head of the bed and it was winter, so I sometimes felt cool air blowing toward my head. I ended up using one pillow to block the vent and sleeping with just one pillow, which felt a bit low. That said, the room itself had heating and was warm overall, so this may simply be my personal sensitivity. The shared showers and toilets were separated by gender and easy to access, and I rarely had to wait. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, which was convenient. There is a Lawson within a short walk and another 7-Eleven nearby, and there is also a bus that goes directly to Asakusa, which made getting around quite convenient. The walk from the station is a little longer than expected, but there are elevators along the way, so it’s manageable even with luggage. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

Very clean, and only a little over a hundred [yen/currency] for a night. While the room was a bit small, for Tokyo, what more could you ask for at such an affordable price?

Perfect hostel for decent price. Private room with a big bed. The rest of the space is for your suitcase. Lucky people with hand luggage only. Linen is super clean, bathrooms are almost on every floor, so even though there wasn’t one on my floor, I still could find a vacant one on the next floor. Bathrooms and toilets are clean. No insects whatsoever. Tricky thing with a lock on the main door, I forgot to take a pic of a new password on Monday, so couldn’t get in. Fortunately there were people inside, so i wasn’t left outside. Hot water available. Kitchen is nice, no fridge in your room though. Nice staff. Soundproof situation is terrible, but the questions are mostly to the guests who are being loud at 3am. The sinks were right in front of my room, so i could hear everyone who was brushing their teeth. Not a big deal for a nice hostell like this. Neighborhood is amazing, quiet, 7-10 min to the metro by wal, 30 min to a capibara cafe.

Convenient, clean. Small room but manageable. Shared toilets and showers for only a few rooms, so never had to wait. The nearest train station was 8 minutes walk but had to climb up and down stairs to reach. Not much to do in the area.

The nicest hostel we've stayed at in Japan so far. Wonderful and very friendly staff, cheap laundry, comfy bed traditional style. We also liked the location because it was far away enough from the crowds that it was calming, but also close enough that you could walk (if you like to walk and do it often!). We wouldn't stay anywhere other than & and hostel minamisenju if we came back to Tokyo 🙂
