clean is good but the reception is not professional, they always not in the reception desk you have to call them, and they said they don’t have any luggage security check, ugly

The hotel is close to some metro stations which you can easily use to reach many tourist places but could be closer. The room has almost everything one could need: a refrigerator, a big TV, an AC, even a hair dryer and an air purifier, it wasn't big but enough space for one me and my luggage. The bathroom is a combined bathroom which may be unfortunate if there is more than one person living in the room. The bath was too small but good enough to take a shower. The bathroom had a TOTO toilet (the one that washes one's ass) which I came to like. The room cleaning can be done as often as asked for. 2nd floor has laundry with a washing machine that needs coins to run. On the 1st floor there are several drink machines that sell water, tea, coffee, soda, beer even. Additionally, they allowed me to check-in earlier than the allowed time, I came there almost an hour too early and it was indeed very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Although the room is relatively small compared to other hotel, yet the environment and the service is very good, the place is clean and tidy and room service provided everyday if you need, there are few transportation you can choose for travellers which is quite convenient. Recommended

WARNING: Do not book this hotel. Scammed into paying more to sleep in my car We booked 4 people(2 adults and 2 kids) and got a booking confirmation that we will recieve a double bed room for 4 people. When we got to the hotel they only gave us a single bed room for 1 person and told us repeatedly that it's not their problem and that we have to pay more to get a double room. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and we were informed that they have no double bed and gave us only a single bed when on the booking confirmation it says double bed for 4 people. When i asked about this they told me i had to pay more to book double room for 4 people and that they only have 1 single bed room for the night. My wife and kids had to stay awake until 3am with me to discuss all of this with the hotel. I had to sleep in the car because the room they gave us was only 1 small single bed. We booked a night for 4 people and received a single bed for MAX 2 people. The hotel refused to do anything to help even though it says on the booking confirmation that the room is a double bed and is for 4 people. My whole family had to stay from midnight till 3am awake to discuss this with the hotel and we had no option but to give up since at that time i could not book another room for 11-12 of August because it was too late and not a single website allowed booking for this period. I had no other option than to sleep in the car when it's outside 30 degree celsius and let my family sleep in that single bed room The hotel did not take any responsibility for their booking mistake and told me repeatedly that it wasn't their problem and i had to contact trip.com customer service Also we booked 5 night for 53844 yen and had to pay 15700 yen for one night. 53844/5=10,768.8. So why did we have to pay this much? The hotel also did not explain that

The location is fine, not far from metro stations and plenty of restaurants and eating options within a stone's throw. Room was standard for Japan, small but adequate and clean. Only one lift which sometimes caused delay but not a big issue. Check in and service were not as magnificent as we were accustomed to in Japan, but still much better than most other countries in the world. I would recommend as a base for visiting the city, as long as you don't intend spending too much time in the room.

Good viewing shibuya street and tokyo city!

It's a bit far from Tokyo station but it's still ok to walk to. Everything was good, I don't have any complaints about service or cleanliness.

Rooms are tiny... I Know rooms are normally small in Japan... but these are pretty small. It's decent.. Just make sure not booking on weekends.. they wanted 100 bucks. crazy for that size room... And it's not really near much of anything. Not bad/ not good

Great stay, double bed room was big enough for one adult and two teenagers. Only little negative was breakfast….same bento box everyday. We stayed for 6 days, thus after the 3rd day we had enough and would have liked at least a different bento box option.

Location was fantastic, staff was helpful too. Check in check out very easy. Direct express service to haneda and narita airport. Easy to go everywhere. Close to tsukiji and Ginza. Easy access to Disneyland. Not far from shibuya too. Overall very good location to everywhere in TOkyo, not to mention family mart, 7-11 everywhere around the hotel
