1. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. The overall decor feels new and exceptionally clean. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a 24-inch suitcase. Pajamas are provided. You can even catch a glimpse of Tokyo Tower from the room's window. 2. It's very close to Shimbashi Station, making it super convenient for both the Ginza Line and JR lines. There's also a direct subway line to Narita Airport, which is a big plus!👍 3. Downstairs, just a few steps away, you'll find a FamilyMart and McDonald's. It's also very close to Ginza, so you can easily drop off your shopping at the hotel before heading out for another round. Shibuya Station is just a 30-minute direct subway ride away. Super convenient! You can also take a bus from Shimbashi Station that passes by the National Diet. 4. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, and they offer various amenities like lotions and coffee for guests to take freely. For security, you need to use your key card to enter the hotel at night and also to operate the elevator, which is quite reassuring. The service from both the front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent. Overall, it's a very convenient and clean hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo!👍👍

Very nice area and well connected. The view in my case was directly to another buildings window. Breakfast ok. Friendly staff. Average room size. Quite depending on your room.

Literally 3mins walk away from Shimbashi station where you can catch JR trains. 15mins walk to Ginza. The hotel is a big Japanese chain so expect a lot of salarymen in the building and busy lift 9am in the morning. Amenities were amazing - anything you can think of. Coin laundry also available. Soft plush bed and blanket. Room size is sufficient to open a mid size luggage.

The room was nice and well-maintained, though a bit small as expected in Tokyo. There was still enough space to open luggage, which was a plus. The only downside was that the elevator could be quite slow at times. Overall, a comfortable stay.

This hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk to Shimbashi and Ginza. Right outside the door are tons of great restaurants. The only thing is the rooms are much smaller than those in Nihonbashi.

The Tokyo Ginza Express Hotel is excellent. It's spotlessly clean, the service is incredibly friendly, and its location offers extremely convenient transport links. It provides great value for money and is an ideal choice for any traveler.

Clean hotel! Staff was very friendly ! My room had a pretty nice view of the Tokyo Tower! Great location!  Room was really small , but not surprising for a hotel in Tokyo!  No weird smells! Room was awfully hot but easy fix ,just turned off the heater! No complains really!  Just don’t forget to get amenities from the 2nd floor before you go up to your room!

Booked this for my boss, and they said the location near Ginza was quite easy to find. The hygiene and environment were good, suitable for travel. It's a case of 'you get what you pay for,' and I'd consider staying here again if I go to Japan.

The location is neither too close nor too far from the subway station – just a two-traffic-light walk – and it's relatively quiet.
