Everything is okay except for 1 little issue that the staff is not always in the counter so if there is an emergency, it is really hard to contact him. It is based on my personal experience

Too many people abs dorm rooms next to each other in a too small and narrow place. No places where ppl can properly chat with each other without disturbing others. Bad air. Bathrooms are nice though. Many laundry and drying machines available, which makes it also more packed overall. I guess the private room levels of the building have a huge difference to the dorm room floor. This can be improved overall.

Nice location only 2-3 minutes from subway station. Self check in and check out also easy. The problem only it smells India food entire room because the left over curry on the sink. The bed and blanket also comforts for winter conditions.

Cheap and clean. I got the toothbrush,toothpaste and 2 towers. It was nice and comfortable experience. One thing is that they don’t have place to put the luggage properly. So everyone put next to the bed.

It was my 3rd reservation there, because I like the location. However because of a misunderstanding on the staff side, the 3rd night my bed was given to another customer and I had to find another place in Tokyo to spend the night in. Following that I never got any apologies from the hotel, just a refund for that night (the bare minimum IMO) . Their check-in electronic system is a bit complicated and doesn't overcome the minimal presence and response of some kind of staff. There's a huge margin for improvement in this regard. The electronic lock system on the bedrooms's door is noisy when it opens And when it closes, so earplugs are highly recommended for light sleepers. Besides that, the location and the facilities are great.

The location was great. Near to mosque. Ok for solo traveller's.
