The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you have the Ginza subway station, and across the street, there's another subway entrance, providing access to about 5-7 subway lines. This makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient. The lobby staff were very welcoming and understood our needs perfectly. Plus, there are outdoor recreational facilities in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room itself was a bit on the small side; there was just enough space for one suitcase. However, I highly recommend the hotel breakfast – it was delicious, fresh, and tasty! I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!!

Excellent location! Right in the Ginza district, with a subway station nearby. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there are tons of great restaurants in the area.

It was my fifth visit and it is always on top of my hotel list in Tokyo. Convenience as it closes to a couple of food street as well as Ginza where we can do shopping too

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this time I stayed for four nights. It's consistently good. The location is excellent, right by Ginza subway station Exit C1, with Hibiya station also nearby. The airport bus stop for Ginza is also close. The hotel facilities are very new, and the bedding is superb – I slept soundly every night. You can hear the train passing by from the room, but the sound is gentle and acceptable even for someone like me who is sensitive to noise.

The location is super convenient! It's right at the C1 exit of Ginza Station on the Marunouchi Line, and the airport shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away. What I loved most was how spacious the room was. For this price in Tokyo, getting a room this size where I could spread out my luggage with plenty of room to spare was a huge plus. The only downsides were that the toilet flush wasn't very reliable – I'm not sure if it was broken or just doesn't have an automatic flush feature – and the shower water pressure seemed a bit unstable. The service was good though; the premium lounge on the 13th floor offers complimentary beer, soft drinks, and snacks in the evening.

This hotel is quite new and situated in the absolute heart of Ginza. The design and decor are really on point. Especially the lobby on the check-in floor – the high ceilings and balcony give it a very sophisticated feel, and the views are incredibly expansive, allowing you to overlook several Ginza landmarks without even leaving the building. There's a subway station right downstairs, but the line I frequently use to go to Shibuya still requires about a seven or eight-minute walk, though you can cut straight through a plaza, so it's not a big deal. During my New Year's stay, the hotel even offered complimentary soba noodles, along with other Japanese-style celebratory events and performances that guests could walk in to for free, which was quite enjoyable. The room even had a lift-up platform and a monitor... very business-oriented, perfect for workaholics. The only issue was that during my stay, I forgot to hang the 'Please clean immediately' sign and only verbally asked the staff for cleaning. Unsurprisingly, after a day out, I returned to find the room hadn't been tidied up... Aside from that, everything was fine, though if you come during a holiday, the overall value for money is slightly lower.

Excellent location and reasonable prices. The restaurant and bar are both good, and the laundry service is great. The prices have come down a lot since the pandemic, definitely a good choice.

Amazing location, nice view for the hotel. Awesome decoration for the hotel lobby. But breakfast quality needs to enhance.

We had a wonderful family trip staying at The Gate Hotel Tokyo by Hulic. The location in Ginza is absolutely unbeatable — easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The rooms were spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious compared to typical Tokyo hotels, which made a big difference for our family. The views were stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Cleanliness, location, service, and facilities all exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!

New, clean and modern. Facility are all working well. Close to Giza station and many large shopping malls. Coach to Narita airport just cross the road.

The location is super convenient, with tons of food and transportation options nearby. There's a viewing terrace on the 13th floor, which is a nice bonus. The room itself was a bit cramped, and definitely avoid rooms facing the elevated light rail, as the noise can be a bit disruptive.
