A very nice guesthouse, clean and friendly host, room is not hot as they ahev aircond in each room They let us put leave luggage even before check in and after check out. Public sink is clean and comfortable too. Toilet and shoewer room are clean ! Washer and dryer provided at small fee, towel is provided as well. We stayed for 2 nights and all is good. Also, every morning got free hot coffee, nice touch haha

Booked this hotel for a one-day layover in Tokyo. It was a twin room with a large Japanese-style futon bed. The main reason I chose it was its proximity to Shinagawa Station, making it super convenient to take the Keikyu line to the airport and also get around the city.

We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo. It was ideal! Extremely comfortable, really cute and perfect location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, it felt very welcoming.

The staff are all very nice, and although the facilities are old, all you need is a place to sleep for one night, and there's a convenience store nearby, so it's fine.

I booked a double room, but Ctrip said it was for one adult only. In reality, it was a double dorm room, suitable for two people. This was a misleading information provided by the hotel on Ctrip. Therefore, it's best to contact the hotel to confirm your reservation. As compensation, they upgraded me to a single room for the first two days and a double dorm for the next two. The bathroom is located in the basement. Shampoo and shower gel are provided, but towels are not. Washing machines and hairdryers are available for an additional fee. Free coffee is available on the first floor in the evening. Hot and cold drinking water is available throughout the day, along with cups. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. The restrooms are shared and basic, located on each floor. It's very quiet at night. It's very close to Kitashinagawa Subway Station, just a few steps away. The pictures show the bathroom and single room.

It is a five-minute walk from Shinagawa subway station. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the details are well done. From the service facilities in the store to the use of all items, they are explained very clearly. All service staff can speak English. They also patiently help plan travel routes. The accommodation is facing the street, and the windows and rooms are not very soundproof. People who sleep well should not have any problems.

Great price for such a room. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay. It felt like visiting a hospitable family. A great option for an overnight stay. It's located in a great area!

The room was clean, but it was too old. The old smell inside really put me in a psychological state. I stayed there for 2 days and decided to move to a new place. It's very close to Kitashinagawa subway station, just at the back door, and there's a convenience store next to it. If you have enough money, don't book here.

The history of the late shogunate is blessed. Five steps down from the building is the memorial plaque of Takasugi Shinsaku's arson. Choshu is happy again😍😍😍 The transportation is quite convenient. It is a little far from Shinagawa Station to walk for 10 minutes, but if you can't walk and have money, you can take a bus from Shinagawa Station. Shinagawa Station is very convenient to take the Yamanote Line/Narita Airport Express/to Yokohama. It is also convenient to take the bus to the Rinkai Line to catch the Harukome. You have to make the bed yourself, but it is not troublesome. It is very comfortable to sleep. The heating in the room is sufficient, and the heating in the bathroom is a bit too strong. After washing, the whole body is hot. There is shampoo and shower gel. The family room booked has enough space for three people to sleep together, and it is more than enough to put backpacks and luggage. There are bath towels in the room, and it is best to bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste/cup. The front desk brother can speak Chinese, which shocked my heart and is very good. The price is the best. Anyway, those who come to visit the holy land of Edo are blessed! ☺️☺️☺️

It's really uncomfortable. This may be the only room of this price in Shinagawa, but I don't recommend staying here, especially the upper bunk. It's really simple, with direct air conditioning, temporary wiring for lights, and no hanging area.
