Before booking, I read some reviews saying the hotel was unfriendly to Chinese guests, but I personally didn't experience that at all. Both the front desk and breakfast staff were incredibly nice and polite. They never showed any negative attitude because we were Chinese. When there were communication issues, they proactively used translation software to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and seamless. They also provided free facial travel kits, drinks, and coffee. You could even DIY cocktails! There was a selection of pillows available to choose from as needed. The entire place smelled lovely, from the restrooms to the elevators. The room's soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a full night's sleep. Everyone was soft-spoken, creating a very tranquil atmosphere!
Compared to other hotels, the breakfast variety wasn't as extensive, but they still had essentials like eggs, milk, and bread. When I needed more, I asked the staff for milk several times, and they happily refilled it for me. This also aligns with their philosophy of avoiding waste – take only what you can eat and finish everything on your plate as a sign of respect.
On the last day, you can store your luggage for free after check-out and pick it up anytime before midnight. Honestly, I found everything about this place to be really good. The only thing is that the hotel isn't located in a bustling, crowded area like Shibuya. It's on a very quiet street with few people and cars, but it's still very close to Shin-baba Station.
I also stopped by an 'Abura Soba' (oil soba) restaurant nearby. It's a dry mixed noodle dish, and the noodles were perfectly chewy. The staff at the noodle shop thoughtfully provided kid-friendly utensils for the child in our group, and when they heard we were Chinese, they kept saying 'Arigato' (thank you) for visiting their shop. I really believe that when you visit a different country, you should respect cultures and customs that differ from your own; otherwise, things can indeed go wrong. I hope everyone can represent our country's civility when traveling, promote a good image of our nation, and have a happy and memorable journey.

Small, but everything else is seriously impressive. You get 5 complimentary amenities per day, plus free-flow alcohol and drinks which is a huge bonus. Breakfast is decent, nothing over the top but gets the job done. Love the extra touches like provided pajamas and a pillow selection to choose from. Overall, a compact stay with great perks!

Like other Superhotels, this place does not disappoint! The hotel is clean, with all the amenities you might need. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The in house onsen is clean and comfortable. I had a great stay there. Only cons is the location which is a little far from main subway stations. Besides that, I totally recommend the place, especially for its staff.

The hotel is quite far from the main subway line, besides not all trains stop at Shinbanba station, which is something to keep in mind, if you travel from Haneda airport. So, you need to get off at Shinagawa station, then change for a local train to get to Shinbanba that could be a bit inconvenient. By the way, there is no elevator at both exits at the station Shinbanba, only at one side, you shoud be aware of it, if you have heavy luggage.
On the other hand, if you have plans to explore Odaiba island, then the hotel is very convenient, but you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Rinkai line to go to Odaiba.
In general, the hotel itself is small, but cozy. There is a supermarket near by the hotel. Hot bath is bit small, but it's quite unusual having onsen for business class hotels in Tokyo. There are some unlimited drinks in the hotel, which is very convenient. We liked the breakfasts. And the staff is very friendly.

Everything was perfect! The room was bright and spacious, and the breakfast bread was delicious. I loved the pillow menu, and the sleep tea and other beverages available in the evening were a nice touch. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Shinagawa!

Really great location, building, and facilities! Everything is either brand new or recently renovated, making it feel incredibly clean and spacious. I got a heavily discounted rate for my one-night stay, so I'm not sure what the standard price is, but I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel! It's no-frills, but it has everything I needed as a solo traveller, plus it even has an onsen within the hotel! Location-wise it's nearer to Shim-bamba station, which only has the local Keikyu line running through it. There's another Super hotel at Aomono Yokocho one stop down, which is a better location given that Aomono is an interchange and has more than one train service. Nonetheless, Shimbamba was a quiet area that made for a very comfortable stay, especially when getting away from the noise of central Tokyo at the end of the day. I can see myself exploring more of the Super chain of hotels in my subsequent trips to Japan!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood near the central business district of Shinagawa, facing a street of food options. There's a nice riverside bridge nearby, with cafes and indie shops as well.
Clean, although ventilation in the lobby could be better.
Service staff were pleasant.
Continental breakfast meant choices for each course were limited, but I was fine with it.
Like other hotels in this chain, pajamas and amenities are provided in the lobby. Because there is an onsen, a yukata is provided instead of the traditional button-up and pants combo.
Crowd condition monitoring for breakfast, the onsen and laundry were very useful. Laundry is also extremely affordable.

Just outside, you'll find a quiet commercial street. Conveniently, a supermarket is located diagonally opposite, open until 9 PM, and stocked with vegetables, fruits, pre-made meals, beverages, pastries, and daily essentials – perfect for meeting your basic needs. The breakfast is predominantly Western, offering a good selection of pastries, vegetable salads, and chicken breakfast sausages.

My go-to hotel if I'm flying in & out of Haneda. Area is quiet at night and convenient enough to travel to and from town.
