The room was spacious and the location was super convenient with a supermarket nearby, so we could buy wagyu beef and cook it ourselves. However, it was quite noisy at night with motorcycles and police sirens on the street. One morning, I paid for breakfast at the front desk. On the day I checked out, I was stopped and told I hadn't paid for it. Seriously, I paid before I ate! How else would I have gotten breakfast? Plus, the breakfast selection was extremely limited and tasted terrible.

The room size was decent, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The location was okay, quite convenient for Shinjuku Gyoen, but it's more than a ten-minute walk from Shinjuku Station.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

Despite its neighborhood, this area is quiet. There are some places nearby for dinner and several convenience stores. Free coffee at reception. The room was very spacious and well-maintained, with a fridge and a mini-kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the room offered great views. Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a spacious room, this is perfect. If we return to Tokyo, we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. The room was noticeably more spacious than most hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, and it was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with basic amenities. Our room also included a small kitchenette with a microwave, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and despite being on a main road, the room was quiet. Always stay in this hotel, 10-15 min walk to Shinjuku train station. There’s Metro station nearby too, not too busy street. Along the way to station with lot of eateries.

The location was really accessible 5 minute walk to the station and 10 min walk to the Shinjuku garden. Lots of local places to eat and a BIC camera was about 15min walk. The same building had Uniqlo and Daiso too. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Still a good size for Tokyo standards.
