I've stayed here several times for business trips and really like the hotel's breakfast and location. I'm quite used to staying here now, and it's very convenient for getting around. It's close to my company and not far from the subway station.

Service is good and hotel staff are polite and friendly. Location is nice as it is near to JR station, near to Lawson and Aeon shop, I would recommend to go Donki Gotanda which is nearby instead going other Donki shop which is crowdy, Donki Gotanda is huge and lesser tourist. Daily towel change and trash cleaning is nice too.

I loved that the place is very quiet and there is a convenient store in front of the hotel, also niche restuarant around there.

This hotel is conveniently located on the Yamanote Line, yet it's not in a commercial district, offering great value for money and a quiet atmosphere. Right outside, there's a small supermarket that's much more affordable than a convenience store.

Very near to the Gotanda station, which can access to airport within 30 minutes

Near to my working office and near to Gotanda station about 5 minutes walk, not so crowded, overall are ok, quite convenient

This hotel charges 1000 yen to replace a plastic key card, even if you have your spare in your room they won’t let you in. Poor management and a terrible policy they could not provide in writing until late late that night, which makes me think they added it after interacting with us. They also will not tell you about the policy, it’s hidden in a QR code on the card sleeve that says “hotel info”. They also will not accept deliveries for food in the lobby on your behalf. This is not a hotel, it’s a nickel and dime even though you are paying over 20k for your room night which has an uncomfortable bed and pillow and the room is the size of a bathroom. Don’t stay here.

Great location and area that can be animated while staying calm at night (supermarket, convenience store, restaurant and bars, bookoff and mitsukyo and Uniqlo) Complete amenities, room are small but manageable, kept clean however there was a persistent smell overall even after spraying half a bottle of febreze like. If you are picky it can be challenging, there could be other room less smelly

Clean room. Walking distance to both Gotanda Metro and JR line. Convenience mart and supermarket right just around the corner of the hotel.

Location is good. Small local grocery store near by. Room is clean. Services at front desk are professional. It only cleans the room after 3 consecutive nights but will give you clean towel every day. However the checkin time is 15:00 and checkout time is 10:00. It won’t allow you to check in early for free even if they have room. And hotel wants you to pay 1100 yen per hour even if you request to let you check out a bit late. Is this a Japan thing ? For reference Many hotels in Asia checkout time is 11:00AM or alter and checkin time is 14:00 or so. I would not choose this hotel again if there is other choice because of its checkin/checkout policy.

The cleanliness, service, and facilities were all very good. The location is also incredibly convenient, being very close to JR Gotanda.

This hotel was a major disappointment! The room design, service (for stays under three days, cleaning only includes trash removal and towel changes), and breakfast were all unsatisfactory. I will definitely not be staying here again. Firstly, the room was so tiny that the shower head and sink faucet were combined into one fixture. Sometimes, if you turned it the wrong way, the shower would spray water all over the place (which happened to me). I asked the front desk for two extra towels. They told me I could either pick them up myself or hang them on the door for housekeeping. I opted to get them myself as I also needed my trash emptied. To my surprise, when I returned to my room, the towels were already hanging on the doorknob, with a trash bag next to them. No one came to collect the trash that day, despite my earlier request. What happened to their promise of emptying the trash if I got the towels myself?! Later that day, I forgot my room key inside the room when I went out. I informed the front desk, and they said they would have the cleaning staff retrieve it for me. I told them I'd be out and would pick it up in the evening. However, when I returned, the key wasn't at the front desk at all. After some checking, we found the key was still plugged into the power slot in my room. Moreover, the breakfast selection was extremely limited and not tasty. When I went, there was only curry rice and beef patties – things I couldn't possibly eat first thing in the morning. There was only one croissant left, and when I asked for another, they said there were none. Coffee was limited to Americano. Finally, what was particularly annoying was the check-out process. Check-out was at 10 AM, and just past 10 AM, they called my room to inform me that if I didn't check out by 10:15 AM, I would be charged extra! All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced, hands down! I will never stay at this hotel again.

location is convenient and can walk 5-7 mins to train station or metro station. The price is extremely good and clean.
