I use it every time I go to Tokyo.
I like it because it has good transportation and there is a convenience store nearby.
The building is a little old, but there is free Wi-Fi and there is no problem.
I booked a single room because I was staying alone this time, but they prepared a twin room for me.
I was able to sleep comfortably in a spacious room that was convenient for unpacking my luggage.
