The hotel environment is great, the room is quiet, and the night view from the window is lovely. Breakfast is abundant. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day. Service: They were very responsive to customer feedback. The bedside lamp was flickering a bit, and they came to replace it very quickly.

I booked this hotel way in advance for a Blackpink concert. Later, due to national guidelines, I couldn't go, and the hotel wouldn't agree to a cancellation, so I ended up not staying there. It was a costly lesson; I'll definitely only book refundable options in the future.

The hotel is newly opened, and the overall cleanliness was good. However, during my three-day stay, the room wasn't cleaned even once, which I found quite inconvenient. Additionally, the ceiling height was a bit low, and opening the curtains meant looking directly into the building next door. Because of this, I rarely opened the curtains, which made the room feel a little claustrophobic.

It's about a 20-minute walk from Ginza, and the surrounding area is quite quiet. It's a pretty good value for money if you're traveling with family.

This is a chain apartment. For the first 3 days, I stayed at the one near Senso-ji Temple. The kitchenware here isn't as convenient as the previous one, and there's a bit too much smoke when cooking. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. There's a small supermarket and plenty of food options nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk from Ginza. Most of the staff are nice, but one staff member with an East Asian appearance was quite cold.

Great location, and having a washer and dryer right in the room was perfect for a family trip.
