Location: The guesthouse is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, and within a 10-minute walk, there are also three or four convenience stores. The only thing is that the roads nearby are a bit dark at night.
Service: It's entirely self-service, and there's an elevator.
Facilities and Hygiene: It includes towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, a hairdryer, two beds, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a storage room, a washing machine, a TV, a trash can, and air conditioning (heating/cooling). Aside from some stains found on the kitchen utensils that needed to be cleaned by ourselves, I didn't find any other hygiene issues. The provided trash can is also a bit small, not quite enough.
Value for money: We stayed during the popular early/mid-December period. We booked about a month in advance, and with limited options, this place offered significantly more space than hotels in the same price range (based on data provided by Trip.com). So, the minor drawbacks I mentioned earlier can be overlooked. 😹
Summary: Recommended, would stay again.
